Why in the world would we pay more for something that did not come as it said? It did NOT come with all the pieces to this *** chess setWhy would I pay 25% MORE to return it and still not get the item we PAID FULL PRICE IN ADVANCE for?? I want this item replaced with ALL the parts! Letters to NJ Congressman, NJ Governor and the local Mayor to your scamming business are in order!

They have not honored their commitment to the sale as advertised. IF the mistake was on their part or ***'s is irrelevant. The sale was consummated as offered and in good faith. They have responded in bad faith. I will not be ignored, I will not accept the refund (it has been reversed). I will only accept full delivery of the order as advertised and accepted. Again, so there is no equivocation, THE REFUND HAS BEEN REVERSED, I AM STILL OWED THE BALANCE OF MY ORDER!

I am rejecting this response because: the shipper for unbeatable sales advised me to refuse shipping without notifying me that the consequence of that would be a loss of more than $on a purchase of $Go get the money from *** ***They are providing advise to take an action that harms your customersI have an image of the same surfboard for sale by you through *** priced around $Why were you charging so much for it when I bought it? This was a bad deal and shoddy service regarding itI think you should have the responsibility of making it clear to the shippers you hire not to advise customers to refuse shipping as if that is an acceptable optionI do not want to be punished for not knowing refusing shipment led to such a high cost for meI also don't want to be ripped off by purchasing a board for twice the price you are selling it for now.

This order came to us for item "Twac ***-XS Microfiber Pants-Black-Xs" perhaps there was an issue with *** but this is what we list, sell and shipped to the customerAs a courtesy, I will issue an item refund and the customer can donate the item, shipping will not be refunded as we

Shipping is a service and if so, service was not properly doneWhy would the consumer have to pay for that when the company just gets to keep the moneyIf I had known I wouldn't get all of my money back I wouldn't of asked for a refundThe staff were extremely rude to me on the phone when I called and ignored several voicemailsThey claim they're waiting back from the claim but it has been a month.

Customer claims they ordered a black chalkboard, this is not true the customer ordered A chalkboard, item *** *** Adjustable Easel With Magnet Board-ChalkboardThe listing nor the picture indicate a color, if no color is specified by the customer green is shippedAs a courtesy to the
