This description of the product was obtained from unbeateablesale.com While I appreciate the prompt response from them, it is exactly the same as the initial response, only this time they added that I should contact the manufacturer They did not provide any contact information for the manufacturer. If that's your policy, then your representative should have never informed me that a FULL REPLACEMENT HUTCH would be sent and to donate or expose of the current hutchI don't see how that's my problem, I was promised a full replacement and instead you guys send me ONE mirror to replace myselfNot only does the hutch have TWO mirrors, but how am I suppose to install the pieces? My shipping was free to receive the product so I'm not paying to ship YOUR damaged equipment backIf emails are needed than I will gladly add them to the complaintI am requesting a refund because you guys are unreliable and apparently all of your employees aren't on the same page as the company

*** *** I will accept the fan but is has taken them too long I was told as soon as I sent the weong fan back the new one would be shipped. Now I have to call the electrican a 3rd time to come out. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. it should not take a month to get a fan or even a replacement when they sent the wrong one
