I am rejecting this response because:
It is extremely clear what I want! I want a full refund and shipping costs covered as well. I was sent the wrong item (no bench) so I want my money back and I should not have to pay shipping for their mistake. This was in no way buyers remorse. I purchased a product and did not get what I payed for so I should not be penalized and made to pay return shipping. I have sent a copy of my receipt stating the table was supposed to come with a bench and also the advertisement from where I bout the table showing the weight with the order drop off confirmation showing the weight of the item I received. It was not what I ordered and is still in the original box unopened. In case they still don't understand....I WANT A FULL REFUND AND SHIPPING COSTS COVERED COMPLETELY. This was not my mistake and I'm not responsible for it.

I am rejecting this response because: as of five minutes ago my credit card reflects no such refund, nor is there anything pending. This company has a habit of lying, just look at their complaint history. And this is no different. I understand your return policy. Just refund me what is rightfully mine as you have a product that I returned since 7/29/15 and I have not seen one penny of it.

We have already addressed this matter. We sent a return label on 10/30 [redacted] and another on 11/14 [redacted], both prepaid to the customers email from UPS. We are awaiting the return so we can refund, another label will not be issued. Thank you.

The customer was refunded 7-Jan-2015. Thank you.

We advised the customer on 8/20: "Please keep or throw away what you received. We will issue you a full refund." Thank you. This was already resolved by our team.

The customer may contact [redacted] if they have an issue with the listing. We sold and shipped the customer a table as you can see from the attachment and confirmation email. We have already provided two options. Thank you.
