cancellation policy. The customer was provided a shipping discount to keep the items for the inconvenience. They also have been provided return instructions if they would like to return the products. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and original shipping is non refundable. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: as of five minutes ago my credit card reflects no such refund, nor is there anything pending. This company has a habit of lying, just look at their complaint history. And this is no different. I understand your return policy. Just refund me what is rightfully mine as you have a product that I returned since 7/29/15 and I have not seen one penny of it.

We have already addressed this matter. We sent a return label on 10/30 [redacted] and another on 11/14 [redacted], both prepaid to the customers email from UPS. We are awaiting the return so we can refund, another label will not be issued. Thank you.

We advised the customer on 8/20: "Please keep or throw away what you received. We will issue you a full refund." Thank you. This was already resolved by our team.

The customer was refunded 7-Jan-2015. Thank you.
