I am rejecting this response because: this company should have at least responded that they were in error;
taking it under advisement is not an admission of guilt This company used their Internet storefront to price a seasonal item at a low price of $and then when you click on it their web site responds they are out of stock but call in to the office When you call in they tell you oh, it's not out of stock the price shown is not correct; but wait we can sell you the product for $more than what we are showing it as on the web site

The customer was sent a return label on 19-Oct-2015, they need to use the free UPS return label to return the item

I am rejecting this response because: The shipping was not disclosed on the order formI enclosed a picture before I was asked to put my credit card information inThis was before the order was placedNo where was the shipping disclosed until I put my card number in and hit the submit buttonI enclosed a copy of my phone recordsNotice I called on the 29th of July at 12:pm right after that order was placedYou can see From the other enclosed pic that I spoke to a person which was Dave for minutes about this issue on the 29th at noon and when I didn't receive a call that afternoon, you can see that I placed several more calls with no success I also enclosed an email confirmation that I got saying that it was cancelled and that was days laterI also enclosed a pic of one of the emails I sent back after words saying that this was suppose to be cancelledI would never pay $60-to ship an order of shower curtains.,I researched this company and there are several people who have had similar problems of them shipping items after it's been placed and saying that they won't cancel it so you have to send it back and they scam you out of the shipping costsThis is ridiculous I also was told I would recieve a label to ship this back since they decided to ship it anyway and get a call from them about this issue and never got a call eitherThe package was shipped not until close to midnight on August 1stThey had plenty of time to stop this order but didn'tThat's 1/days after I called and said there was an issue where no shipping was disclosed until the order was placed that they shipped the packageThey also told me if I didn't except the package they would acess more charges on meTerrible business practicesI will never do business with them again and I will be posting this all over the Internet for everyone to see and hear how they operate.

This is untrue, the customer received TWO filters with the expectation of receiving four, these are not sold as a two pack, only individually at this cotsThis error was already advised to the customerThey need to return both filters for a refund if that's what they are seeking

I am rejecting this response because: you only refunded me $No where in your email to me or in your refund policy does it specifically state what dollar amounts will be charged in addition to the 25% restocking feeMy item was $and I paid to have you ship it to me at $bringing my total order to $25% of $is $which = $At the very least it cost you $to ship it backAgain since you have not specified anywhere at anytime what specifically those charges are, you can't just arbitrarily charge random fees as that is unfair and deceptive practiceI understand the restocking fee as it states that fee is 25%The rest is frivolous and done deliberately to protect your company instead of helping the consumer who at the last minute realizes that they ordered the wrong item or figured out that maybe the dimensions somehow weren't rightAnd because of this who in their right mind would ever want to purchase from a company like that? No one! You as a business have done yourself an injusticeThat said the credit of $is not acceptable! Seriously, I get about a third back of what I paid because I couldn't cancel the order after I purchased it even though it took you almost two weeks to ship within the same stateThat's so not rightA full refund totaling $would be acceptable at this point

I am rejecting this response because: This company clearly had this item listed on the *** Website Market Place as being greenThe picture was green and the description clearly said greenThis item was listed on *** by "UnbeatableSales" who would have control over the content of the pageThere was nothing on the page to indicate these would ever come in a different color than greenI ordered this because I wanted greenUnbeatableSales sent me blue onesI did not want their discount because I did not want blue litter boxesThis is the total mistake of UnbeatableSales and I should not have to pay shipping charges for anything that was clearly their mistakeI want all of my money back, all $If they do not return all of my money I will see that this is posted to many other complaint web sites on the internetIt would be to their advantage to just admit their mistake and return all of my money.

I called your number, got ahold of your after hours on-call emergency service, explained what I was dealing with and within hour heard back form MarcHe finished up a job in Hudson, called me that he was about minutes away, showed up and fixed my A/C...all within about hours of my original call
I have never received service like that in the past from anyone else who has ever worked on my A/C in years
I recently switched over to you about 1+ years ago and will never switch away after this great service

I don't know if the customer has their order confused with something else since this representation of their order with us does not make much senseWe do not have a Judy or a Joanne and the shipping on their order is 13.09, which HAS been refunded.In regards to this order, our shipping policy is
