I am rejecting this response because:The company did not show you the complete advertisement for the productUnbeatablesale.com or *** altered the original description of the item to what it currently states nowThe original ad stated *** luggage set pcI ordered what the image depictedThis is clearly advertisingAlso when I view the return policy, it states that unbeatable does not have a custom return policy so the *** policy will applyNowhere does it state that they do not send prepaid labels for items they falsely advertise or that their return policy is item must be return using freight shipping with insurance

I am rejecting this response because: The first attached picture is what ordered. The second is what I received, merely the middle piece not the shelf on either side. The box also had different dimensions than whathe I ordered. They are liars. Look at all their reviews. They do the same thing to everyone they ship the wrong item too. Offer them to keep it at 20% off or pay to send it back. If I got what I ordered, I certainly would have kept it
