I am rejecting this response because: Can you please explain to me why the order states (2 items) in the listing for each toilet and we ordered TWO toilets which = 4 items. ? We received 1 bowl per order for a total 2 items not four.

We do not refund original shipping or issue labels for buyers remorse. The customer has been provided our return instructions and our return policy, perhaps they are "avoiding" reading those as we have not received this return yet. There is no seller error here, the customer received exactly what they ordered and is trying to place responsibility on the seller for admittedly making an assumption off the price. Again, we will not be addressing this any longer. If the item is returned please send the return tacking so we my follow up withe appropriate refund. Thank you.

However, it should be made known to others viewing this company on your site that although they eventually agreed to return the item, it cost me $85 just to ship the item back to them. So at this point I have paid $100 in shipping for an item I returned that was $285. So basically purchasing the item from this company has cost me $100. I have also waited 4 days with no refund processed yet and the return has been confirmed delivered.

I still want my $37.09 for UPS shipping and will not give up. I don't give a hoot whether the monies were paid to you or not.  I dug in my pocket to pay for return shipping on an item I did not order, so I believe it to be in good faith for you to do the same.  Again, IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE!  I ordered a full bedding and was shipped a twin size, but billed for the full.  Was told in e-mail and on phone by [redacted], who wasn't very nice about it, that return shipping labels are not issued by your company.  How in the heck did you expect to get the wrong shipped item back to you if I did not use my own hard earned money to pay for return shipping???  THIS WHOLE THING IS YOUR MISTAKE!!!!!If you are a family owned company, buyer beware of this family.  And from reading [redacted] and [redacted], this is not your first rodeo.  You seem to pull these crooked business practices with everyone who orders from you.  I've read where several times wrong items were shipped, broken items were shipped, half orders were shipped, etc. and these people are still waiting for a promised return shipping label (only 1 customer reported this), shipped back items to be credited to customers credit cards, and on and on.This company intentionally avoids the customer after the credit card is charged.  And I can't believe Revdex.com you give this company an A- rating on your website.  I hope you change this to an F minus times infinity.

multiple times but specifically on 22-May-2015 when they spoke to our company we advised the customer prior to them accepting delivery that this was curbside delivery and a table only, the customer told our team she would be accepting the item. If the customer did not want the table ordered it should have been refused. We do sell the chairs separately if the customer wishes to purchase them, we are NOT sending them free of charge as they were not ordered with the table. We also made an exception to our return policy(below) which clearly states we do to accept returns on furniture but we gave the customer return instructions.
