Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They are not being truthful and I do not feel that I should be held responsible for their mistake. It cost more to return the items than the items cost. I want my money back and I want them to pay for the  shipping. I do not have $200 return the package.
Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I have decided to keep the antenna and attempt to resell it via [redacted] or something because the shipping and insurance costs are too high to send the item back and the business refuses to pay for that.

The customer can contact [redacted] if they do not wish to pay to return. We are making an exception in allowing this return at all, and [redacted] is aware of this. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:i was sent a completely destroyed item and the shipping service should be refunded as well. It is not my fault and the company is keeping the money for no reason.

[redacted]

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have issued the customers refund of their original shipping as a courtesy today. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business is fraudulently describing the item that I purchased.  Consumers rely on the description of an item to decide whether to purchase it.  We have no knowledge of the meaning of stock/item numbers.  Yes, the title of the item said buffet but it described the hutch as well; I have no way of knowing that the hutch is not included in the order when it is included in the description.  Note that there was no notation of "buffet only" in the title. It is interesting to me that on their website, in the About Us section, it says:  "A well-organized website with honest descriptions and realistic estimates of delivery time and shipping costs."  Clearly, this description is not honest and their claim that they just take the description that the manufacturer gives them is weak.Regarding returning the item:  On April 21 I received an email from Unbeatablesale telling me that I could not return the furniture; their change of heart offer allowing me to return the buffet in the original packaging was first made on May 13, 3 weeks after delivery.  By that time, the original packaging had been destroyed.  Nice gesture, perhaps, but a little self-serving, I believe. This is not a company that consumers should do business with.  I only wish that I had read the blogs about them before I placed my order.  I would not have ordered from them.

[redacted]

This order was refunded 5-Jan-2017. Thanks,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As previously stated this business falsely advertised a product stating unbeatable deal best pricing.   This business did not disclose that this would be shipped from [redacted] or any other outside supplier.   Under the consumer advertising act.  Endorsements are an important tool for advertisers and they can be persuasive to consumers.  But the law says they also have to be truthful and not misleading.    The Endorsement Guides also state that if there is a connection between the endorser and the marketer of a product that would affect how people evaluate the endorsement, it should bedisclosed.  The Guides are not regulations, and so there are no civil penalties associated with them. But if advertisers don’t follow the guides, the FTC may decide to investigate whether the practices are unfair or deceptive under the FTC Act.This company did not disclose that this product would be shipped from [redacted] company or outside supplier therefore they mislead my purchase as if they would have stated this I would not have purchased this product therefore no need for return.  Being that this company falsely represented this product they should subject to paying for return shipment as well as paying for full refund or penalty given by the Federal Trade Commission. We stand by our decision and would like a prepaid label as well as full refund.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response...

because:
AAccording to unbeatable sale the return period is 30 days. I assume that is 30 days from order date, and not from when the item was received. My order was placed 9/02, my first contact was made 9/27, which falls within their 30 day period. I have tried to contact the manufacturer as well, with no response.

The customer was refunded in full for the [redacted] UPC error. Thank you.

The customer has been refunded TODAY, they should wait a few days for their credit card company to process the refund as it doesn't happen instantaneously. In regards to us "lying", I am unsure what the customer is talking about. They improperly returned the item and refused their order, they were refunded per our return policy.

CUSTOMER WAS REFUNDED IN FULL ON 4-Dec-2015.THANK YOU.

This customer wanted to cancel the order but it could not be cancelled. They were advised this. When the carrier attempted to deliver they refused to answer the phone or make a delivery appointment despite our carrier leaving them many messages, in an effort to have the item returned to sender...

rather than accept the package and return it with an RA which would have been the proper procedure, however; when a customer refuses to make a delivery appointment they are refusing their order as once it ships it cannot be cancelled and they are subject to our return policy. " We attempted to make an appointment with customer from 8/11 to 9/6 when storage fees started to occur On 9/6 our carrier stated The consignee has not responded to messages left to secure a delivery appointment. The terminal is calling [redacted]The customer is due a refund of $2,928.34, which is the amount after the return freight an restocking fee are applied. Original shipping is never refundable. As well, we have been trying to refund the customer this appropriate refund since 3-Jan-2017 but due to issues with their [redacted] we cannot.

I am rejecting this response because:I  did not open box I seen that the package was not what I could used so I called  to get refund I paid to return it  postmaster inspected package  seal it up for and labeled the package  she said there was not anything wrong with it all  Im asking to credit my credit card thats all. I will not buy anything from this again.

We have a price match policy, whomever stated that was incorrect. Please call [redacted] and speak to Martin. Thank you.

We emailed the customer on 6/16 and stated, "We are able to offer you 25% Off The Item Cost to Keep.  Please advise." Otherwise they can return. Thanks.

The customer was set return instructions. Please check your email.

Our site states shipping charges are an estimate and it still states this.Today I added the same item to my cart as if I were the customer at the address: PO Box [redacted], I was quoted without processing or submitting payment the shipping charge of $35.90.This is not an unauthorized charge, we do not have the ability to place orders for customers unless they call us over the phone and we take their order, which is not the case. The customer placed this order and confirmed their information with this amount. They were offered a $10 discount off of their shipping or they were sent Return instructions. We do not issue labels. If this was returned, please let us know the return tracking so we can follow up on the refund.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Same reason as before, the return policy they have on [redacted] is different then what they are stating in this debate
