I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although I still believe Unbeatablesale should refund postage for returning the incorrect item I will accept this resolution.  As I stated before Unbeatablesale should update their website and stop pretending to sell [redacted] when it is no longer in production.

I am rejecting this response because:The information the business provided is wrong. If you do a quick search for this toilet you will see the this company is offering the same FULL toilet for just slightly less than other companies. Also, there is a picture of a FULL toilet on the [redacted] website (link below) where other companies, who offer BOWL ONLY, either stae that clearly in their add and/or show a picture of ONLY a BOWL.http://www.[redacted]AND, as the company has stated, is says clearly in bullet points, " [redacted] round front bowl                                         ... *Watersense high efficiency toilet"Indicating TWO items in this order. It also clearly states approx. half way down the page,"Item Package Quantity = 2"BOWL ONLY would = 1 item. so where is the second item in this order?This is all on top of me speaking with the company prior to purchase and them telling me it was a tank/bowl combo.I believe it is obvious what is going on here. I request the company takes responsibility and follows through with their commitment to what they promised. OR guarantee me a FULL refund in the amount of $381.68.

The customer desired resolution was  refund or a replacement. Since they did not want to wait they were issued  a refund as per their request. This issued is resolved per their Revdex.com complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: here is the screen shot taken from [redacted]. I can not find anywhere on this post where it states this is just the table top. The description even mentions the finish on the chairs and the base. The stock photo on the site contains the tables and chairs. If it were just the table top, why not include an image of just that so that people are not misled?

I am rejecting this response because: I want it on record that this company told me over and over that this product was handmade and was almost finished and would be shipped. I suddenly received a cancellation email...

due to them not being able to get the product after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. This is completely unacceptable. No one should ever do business with this company.

Hello,   On Complaint: [redacted] the customer charged this back with their financial institution, therefore they are not eligible for arbitration   They will need to refer to their chargeback for a resolution.   Best Regards,   Heather B Customer Service Supervisor

The customer returned the item via [redacted] tracking [redacted]. The item was delivered on 7/14 and was received to the sender, damaged. The customer is the shipper and must file a damage claim with the pictures we provided to recoup the loss/refund. We will not be refunding them, [redacted] will refund them, they must seek reimbursement from the carrier as they are now the SHIPPER. We advised the customer of all of this previously.As well, if the item was received by the customer "damaged" at no point in our dealings did they state this. We have no record of that information. Again, this matter is resolved. It is the customers responsibility to contact [redacted] with tracking [redacted] and filed a claim themselves.

Our position will not change, as the item cannot be returned without the packaging. A claim will not be paid without the packaging, etc etc, The claim takes 7-10 business days and the claim has been denied. We are unable to accept the return of the item for an exchange without the box as stated below in our return policy. We had advised the customer of all of this as well prior to this Revdex.com as you can see from our emails. This matter is closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I am keeping the mop head because I DO not want to pay for return shipping. So therefore I agree to the price of the mop to have been taken out of my card. BUT if you look at the prior complaint with all of the details when speaking to your representative it did not indicate that I would NOT get the shipping price back into my card so therefore can we CLOSE this issue by you guaranteeing that the shipping cost be reimbursed.  I am NOT very happy with this whole transaction and will remember never to get caught in this trap again.  I really do not want your blah, blah, blah when responding just answer my question.

I am rejecting this response because:
Clearly, this company is completely unethical and unprofessional. I've filed a formal complaint, I will use my voice as a consumer to assure to other potential buyers steer clear of companies such as this. If the issue is about the price which is what I was told, then why is the item still listed on [redacted]'s website for $47 for the set? I was told by Darlene it was $20+ per plate, so every person that orders this dish will be forced to re-order at a higher amount? This is absurd.

I am rejecting this response because:The point of purchasing in bulk is to take advantage of price savings.  This company has the audacity to charge more than 2x the retail price for one unit - insanity!  The company must provide a pre-paid label or I will forward a consumer fraud complaint against them and [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: The return policy for Walmart is 90 return policy. I was unaware that this was being shipped via a 3 party vendor. The gentelman who responded to your message better  advise all the  associate I talked to, what there return policy is. One person said that as soon as the order was rec'd it was shipped out on 4/19/16 when in fact FedEX First rec'd the order to be pick up on 4/22. The other lady I talked to was willing to send me a return label at first but later said that because it was shipped via FedEx and she said they do not have a return agreement with FedEx, they only have a return contract with UPS. I told her that I didn't care who it took to return the item. She stated again she could not mix and match.
