response because: I paid $160.00 for shipping. I would like a refund for this shipping cost as the company, Unbeatable Sales, stated, shipping is usually within 2 to 3 weeks. I only received my product after 6 weeks, and only because I launched an official complaint with the Revdex.com. If I hadn't escalated my complaint to this level, I would still be waiting for my order to be delivered.

I am rejecting this response because:
They charged full price for out-of-date software.   It was placed and marketed in a way that many other customers made the same mistake.  I am more stubborn than most.If they do not pay for ratings, then they just happen to have an extraordinary collection of reviewers who give a maximum rating and say, "I ordered X and it arrived on time" and nothing else.  And those reviewers don't review anything else.  Take from that what you will.

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no point in speaking to the sales manager when they do not match other businesses prices as they advertise.  They also never responded to their high shipping costs despite their website stating they charge shipping based upon weight.  They just can't appease one person and keep up the practice of false advertising. There are not many people who would contact the Revdex.com to report their actions.  It should be kept as an unresolved complaint unless they change their practices and their statement on their website that they only charge shipping based on weight.  That is not how they are charging shipping for the laundry baskets that started this complaint.

This order was refunded on 11/8/2016.

Customer was sent return instructions on 29-Sep-2016, they need to follow those instructions to receive the appropriate refund, according to our posted return policy.

We are sorry the customer is unhappy with the price but the item was NOT misrepresented and we shipped the customer exactly what was ordered. We do not issue labels, all returns are at the customer expense and this information is listed in our return policy on all of our sites. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: the company pictured a dining set on their website , listed it as a table , but only sent me the base . The company did not even send the table top. They refuse to speak with me in regards to the false advertising and keep insisting I speak with [redacted] even though the company already denied the dispute I requested through [redacted]. This company is a scam . When speaking with [redacted], she told me the chairs displayed on their advertisement picture were displayed in the background when in actuality the chairs were pushed up to the table . (I have never seen a dining room table pictured with chairs in the background ) The other manager refused to get on the phone to address my concern .  I was rudely transferred to her voicemail because she stated she  stepped away from her desk even though the representative had literally just spoken with her . The company is feeding me lies and avoiding me.I called and left a message to their manager [redacted] twice and he still hasn't returned any of my calls.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I did contact [redacted] and they claim that the merhcant, Unbeatable Sales, has stated that I would not be getting my miles - see below for a copy of the email I received Order Inquiry - [redacted] Inquiry # [redacted]. It is my contention that I did click the link to unbeatable Sales through the [redacted]. At no time during the order process was I notified I was leaving the Unbeatable Sales website. My receipt and credit card statement indicated Unbeatable Sales as the merchant. Therefore I don't understand the assumption that I made the purchase elsewhere. Had I been alerted to the fact that I was being taken to another "sister" site I would not have completed the order simply becuase the whole point of going through the [redacted] is to receive miles to my [redacted] account. I really do not know how this all works on the back end between the merchant and [redacted]; all I know is that I was cheated out of miles.Thank you for contacting [redacted].  You asked: on 8/28/14 I purchased a [redacted] 22HD creative pen display from Unbeatable sales which advertises on this site that it is 6 miles per dollar. The tablet was $2,515.59 and I have not seen this purchase in my list of transactions. My receipt for this purchase is from paperclip mall. So I don't know if this unbeatable sale website is a scam and tries to lure people to its site with the promise of 6 miles per dollar. However, I would like to receive the miles due me in the amount of 15,094. This order did not ship. The tracking number [redacted] is for the customers order with Vesternet directly. They erroneously sent us their tracking for this order and it closed it out the sale. The order will not be shipping and the customer has already been issued a full refund their a...

credit card dispute. We consider this matter closed through that dispute. We cannot represent a Revdex.com when a dispute is present but the customer is due a refund, which they have received.

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with the claims representative at [redacted] who is handling this claim. They informed me that due to Unbeatable Sales being the customer that hired [redacted] that is who the dispute has to go through as well as [redacted] because they are the manufacturer. Unbeatable Sales has refused the dispute call. Which is why the claim was denied. This proof of delivery you speak of, is a note from the driver saying that the product was "left at the side door". The address that it was suppose to be delivered to does not have a side door.

There was no mistake, the customer spoke to me personally and said "I thought I ordered a bed." If they do not wish to pay to return the items, they are more than welcome to keep them and purchase the needed parts.

I am rejecting this response because:Please read carefully the conversations of March 9th where I asked if they were going to send me a prepaid return label and March 10th where it states very clearly from the seller "We do not issue prepaid return labels. I am rejecting this response because:Failure to quote shipping price and therefore charging unauthorized amount on my credit card was basis of complaint. The business has made no effort to resolve this. Their response implies that they wish to keep this unauthorized amount and expect me to pay more to return the item. I would like refund of initial shipping charges and prepaid return shipping.

The customer was refunded for the entire amount of the transaction. The shipping the customer paid to return the item is not refundable, a return label was issued to cover that expense.

I am rejecting this response because:
The item was not clearly marked as out-of-date software and it was sold at the price for current software.They sold worthless software at current software prices.  Their "restocking fee" was higher than thecurrent $5.00 price of out-of-date tax software anyway.  No, it was sold in a way to make one thinkthey were buying current software, all of their assertions notwithstanding.  An honest business willnot sell old software at current software prices.
