I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has said they cannot help as it is an outside business, not part of [redacted].  My claim stands, they have failed to honor their ad, their attempts to misdirecte the claim away from themselves credit invalid.  Please fulfill the order as submitted in good faith.   There is no alternative course of action available.

I have not, in fact, received a full refund. I still have a $7.26 shortfall from my initial payment. The...

company indicates this cost amounts to their initial shipping cost that, per their policy, they would not refund to me, despite having sent me an item I did not order. To resolve this issue, I expect the remainder of my payment to the company, or $7.26.

The item is not wrong. The customer received the correct item. The packaging has nothing to do with the actual item itself or the integrity of the product which is what they ordered. order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for cancellation. The customer was also advise don this information in a phone call to our company on 5-Nov-2015. We do not accept returns on furniture items so at this point the customer has two options. The customer can accept delivery of the item that was ordered, or they can refuse delivery. PLEASE NOTE if they refuse delivery they will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee and the return freight fees, these fees will be taken from their refund and this is non negotiable. The picture shows the chrome stripe, the information in our listing was provided to us by the manufacturer. The customer was offered a discount as a courtesy, this matter was previously addressed.Thank you.

We spoke with our warehouse and they are advising they do not have replacement parts. They explained that the customer can fill hole with epoxy but you would see it cosmetically. This customer signed for the package and did not note any damage. This is not the responsibility of Unbeatable Sale if the customer signs for the package.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is as expected.  As for satisfactory, not really, since the Revdex.com was the third resource I had to use to get this resolved.  Had I not spent my time chasing this down, the false add would still be up on [redacted]

This customer filed a credit card dispute. We are no longer able to resolve any issues through the Revdex.com any longer due to this. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:   This response is incorrect.    This item in question was sent from [redacted] Company not from Unbeatable sale.   It is interesting that Unbeatable Sale compared themselves to [redacted] when in fact [redacted] lists who the shipping company and seller will be.   This business doesn't state on their website that items will be shipped from outside suppliers as well as the unbeatable pricing which is another issues within itself.  We found this product all over the internet after the fact for less money.  If we would have known that this company sells and ships from [redacted] company we would have never ordered from them.   This company deceives the consumer to purchase by stating they have unbeatable pricing etc. which in fact is not true.   When we contacted the company regarding our issues they couldn't be bothered which is obvious by their reviews which we wished now we would have checked prior to ordering.   It is interesting that they are now wanting us to return the product but pay for shipping when the return shipping cost will be more than the product.    This company is deceptive and false in their advertising and is knowingly ripping off consumers.   We have filed an official complaint with Truth in Advertising at the government site as well as other consumer protection agencies.   Again, we are requesting that this product be returned via prepaid by the company with a full refund.

The product is not capable of intended use.  Constant reiteration of the companies "no furniture return policy" does not resolve my problem and I don't need or want replacement parts.The problem is an inferior product was supplied which is not capable of its intended use, therefor I want a full refund.

ic containers like it showed on your website so that mea ns  it was shipped in wrong I dont care anything 
about the littervi wanted the plastic containers therevfor it was shiped in wrong so I should not be responsible for paying shipping charges when it was shipped to me wrong
