I am rejecting this response because: SIGNING for the package and indicating that the packaging is in good condition is of no relevance here. The facts are that this is a manufacturer's defect, as the packaging was not damaged in any way AND the unpackaging of the item requires multiple people and a long period of time. I had arranged for this to occur upon delivery, but the MERCHANT'S FAILURE to order the proper delivery truck (one containing a lift gate) required me to have to reschedule my professional installers. I have spoken to the manufacturer and have been told that the merchant needs to contact them directly to arrange for a resolution as this table has a one-year warranty and the merchant should NOT be attempting to sell me replacement parts under any circumstances.

The customer received what they ordered, here are those two options again:1)If the customer would like to purchase the base, it is Item #: [redacted], and is listed as the"[redacted] Round Dining Room Table Base - White-Table only" If they call sales I will authorize a 20% discount off the item.2)Another option for this customer is to return the item, we do not accept returns on furniture, however; as a one time courtesy I will allow it. The package was signed for at the time of delivery. We have given options to purchase replacement parts and have given a resolution to fix the problem. These are the options that are available. We do not accept returns on furniture items which is listed in our return policy as well as making sure to inspect items before signing for the package.

response because:The recliner was not assembled and missing parts. Unbeatable Sale sent me parts to assemble the recliner. I refused to attempt to assemble. I was told they did not accept returns until I filed a claim against [redacted]. I would like the shipping cost and the return shipping cost refunded back to me. The chair was defective.

Responding to the Revdex.com has nothing to do with a credit card dispute and should not keep any business from responding to a complaint on their part. They are in the wrong and Don not have a response due to them knowing they have nothing to show that they are right! It's sad that the majority of people probably just go ahead and not fight for what is right but this is not going away without this being resolved in the correct manner. Thankyou, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't say "BOWL ONLY" anywhere at all in the add it says, "[redacted] Round Bowl" when the words "round bowl" are indicated it is in reference to ROUND vs. Elongated. which is what ALL the toilets sold on [redacted] say. Also, when it is the "bowl only" it not only states that, but also shows a picture of a BOWL ONLY! The verbage also states, " [redacted] round front bowl Watersense high efficiency toilet" a toilet is a device that can be used to flush human waste. Can a "bowl only" do that? The add also states," Item Package Quantity = 2" Can you explain this as BOWL ONLY is a single item?This is your last chance to be honest, have integrity and follow through with your commitment to the customer. If you choose to don't refund my payment IN FULL, I will be forced to take legal action. I will also post reviews EVERYWHERE expressing my experience with UnbeatableSale, Inc. I also checked out this company on [redacted].COM and EVERY review is horrible, ALL 1 STARS, and ALL having had similar experience as mine.

The customer received a damaged item, we have to file a claim with the carrier to recoup the loss. The customer was offered a refund or a replacement, they asked for a refund. They were issued a refund on 1/31/17, and original shipping is non refundable and that was advised to the customer on 1/30....

Our return policy is very clearly available to our customers before placing an order. We accept returns for unwanted merchandise but the customer would be responsible for the freight, this is a policy many companies have. We do not have control over what [redacted] charges customers to return, we do not make those costs. The customer can use [redacted], [redacted] etc.

The customer returned the item via [redacted] tracking [redacted]. The item was delivered on 7/14 and was received to the sender, damaged. The customer is the shipper and must file a damage claim to recoup the loss/refund. We will not be refunding them, they must seek reimbursement from the carrier as they are now the SHIPPER. We advised the customer of all of this previously.As well, if the item was received by the customer "damaged" at no point in our dealings did they state this. We have no record of that information. Again, this matter is resolved. It is the customers responsibility to contact [redacted] with tracking [redacted] and filed a claim themselves.

The customer was refunded for the cancelled order on 9/17/15.

The customer received the item we sell, this was a [redacted] error. We advised the customer of this during a phone conversation on 3/7/2017, as well the customer was given a free return label [redacted] for the return of this [redacted] error and would be issued a full refund. Please use the...

return label, which was emailed so we can issue the refund. Thank you.

This order was cancelled and refunded, the order will not be fulfilled. If the customer is still requiring an item, a new order would need to be placed.Thank you.

THE ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED BY 6/27/2015 TO AVOID RESTOCKING FEES. AS LONG AS ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS INCLUDED AND IS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS NO RESTOCK WOULD APPLY. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
For a company that claims unparalleled customer service, I am surprised to find you making no steps toward resolving this issue. You are simply repeating the same response. Beyond that, your responses are not true. One only has to visit funtoymall.com and click on the policy tab to see the fault in your site. When your customer service team leader and I were speaking immediately after this order prematurely completed, she was unable to find your "no cancellation policy" on funtoymall.com. Clearly, we disagree on the matter of shipping charges being disclosed. As I have mentioned previously, I cannot prove this for fear of making another purchase from your site. I do not wish you to restate your response, I have understood what you are expressing and would like you to make effort toward reconciling this matter. After all, customer care is your first priority yet you have done nothing to aid in this process. Had your company simply cancelled the order one of the first several times I called before the order was shipped this all could have been avoided. The item arrived yesterday. I have the RMA previously supplied. I will ship the item back to you at my expense if you agree to refund the entire purchase/shipping/handling amount.

Original shipping is not refundable.The customer got what they ordered- TOILET BOWLS. Again, they did not order tanks from our company.Thank you.
