In regards to this order, it is customary that a customer would not be charged until an order ships UNLESS they use [redacted]. [redacted], per their guidelines, takes the money immediately from the customer so since the customer used this method of payment this is why the money was taken out. This has...

nothing to do with a seller.Unfortunately, this order had to be cancelled as this particular item was discontinued by the manufacturer and they did not have stock to fulfill the customers order, We do apologize as this is not standard and we were unaware of the situation prior to the order being placed. Generally, inventory is accurate and the customer would not be able to place an order for an item that is no longer available.Thank you.
