Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This seller is obviously not concerned with resolving this situation The chairs I received were not as represented on [redacted] .com The seller has only offered solutions that cause me further monetary loss for their mistake I have been willing to meet them 1/way, getting the chairs fixed on my end, but the seller has not been willing to be reasonable at all The only offer they have made (returning the chairs at my cost + a restocking fee) would have cost me about $out of pocket and left me with nothing to show for my money How do you deal with a company that is completely unwilling to ensure customers receive what they paid for? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is extremely clear what I want! I want a full refund and shipping costs covered as well. I was sent the wrong item (no bench) so I want my money back and I should not have to pay shipping for their mistake. This was in no way buyers remorse. I purchased a product and did not get what I payed for so I should not be penalized and made to pay return shipping. I have sent a copy of my receipt stating the table was supposed to come with a bench and also the advertisement from where I bout the table showing the weight with the order drop off confirmation showing the weight of the item I received. According to the tracking, the item was delivered 9/23, according to our documentation and the call records the customer contacted us on 9/28/2015, which is five days laterThe customer was advised during that call, that a replacement would be sentA follow up email was sent 9/29, "We apologize that the item was damaged upon arrivalThe warehouse will process a new order for delivery Wed9/We will forward tracking information once it becomes availableThank you." The customer called back 29-Sep-and spoke to ***, who is a team lead, and not a supervisorDuring that call, [redacted] noted "advised customer that our policy states that we cannot refund the shipping charges, she is saying it is the law to refund shipping on damaged itemsTold her I would request the shipping charges refund but I cannot guarantee that it will happen she said she wont rest unless it gets refunded."
