We have been corresponding to this customer quite a few times in regards to this issue since 25-Dec-2016, its appears Amanda has been communicating quite regularly to the customer about missing parts then it was a missing box, which shipped Monday [redacted] and she sent tracking on thatAs well, the customer was advised on 1/that the parts would be shipping MondayThank you

So at this point I have paid $100 in shipping for an item I returned that was $285. So basically purchasing the item from this company has cost me $100. I am rejecting this response because: Attached is a copy of my U.SPostal Service receipt evidencing my cost of $to return the misrepresented items to Unbeatable Sales I am currently out $and have no product to show for it Unbeatable Sales erroneously listed this item including an incorrect photo, and shipped to me a completely different item It is their error They failed to correct their website even after I informed them of the misrepresentation I believe Unbeatable Sales is not concerned about shipping correct items to its customers and that since the error is theirs, they need to right the situation completely, not partially There are laws protecting consumers from financial loss due to this type of action, over which consumers have no control
