This high-quality seating comes in a variety of kid-durable fabrics that make clean- up a snap when the fun is over- this child set includes Chairs and Cronsole SKU: [redacted] Order was not incorrect, the customer admittedly ordered incorrectlyWe do not take returns on furnitureOn 3/the customer called and stated they needed to return this as they did not realize it was for children, this was on a recorded call as wellWe made an exception to our return policy and allowed the customer to return this item, due to their error and the high dollar amount of the orderThis return information was sent to the customer on 3/16, stating how and where to return and that the item needed to be returned within days, which is tomorrow 4/15/The customer called in on 4/13/to complain about the cost of return freightWe advised the customer this return was being made as an exception and we are not able to reimburse freight costs which are not paid to usThe customer would be responsible for the freight if they wanted a refundWe let the customer know that if the item was returned within days they would get a full item cost refund, we never mentioned a restocking fee although there will be one if the item is returned past daysThe customer was given the appropriate information to receive a refund if needed, they have had that information for almost daysThank you for allowing us to represent the facts of this issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business is fraudulently describing the item that I purchased Consumers rely on the description of an item to decide whether to purchase it We have no knowledge of the meaning of stock/item numbers Yes, the title of the item said buffet but it described the hutch as well; I have no way of knowing that the hutch is not included in the order when it is included in the description Note that there was no notation of "buffet only" in the title.It is interesting to me that on their website, in the About Us section, it says: "A well-organized website with honest descriptions and realistic estimates of delivery time and shipping costs." Clearly, this description is not honest and their claim that they just take the description that the manufacturer gives them is weak.Regarding returning the item: On April I received an email from Unbeatablesale telling me that I could not return the furniture; their change of heart offer allowing me to return the buffet in the original packaging was first made on May 13, weeks after delivery By that time, the original packaging had been destroyed Nice gesture, perhaps, but a little self-serving, I believe.This is not a company that consumers should do business with I only wish that I had read the blogs about them before I placed my order I would not have ordered from them Regards, [redacted]

The refund was done 9/17/2015, generally it takes 3-business days to get refundedOur BN portal shows this was refunded the customer can speak to them directly at this point.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: as of five minutes ago my credit card reflects no such refund, nor is there anything pendingThis company has a habit of lying, just look at their complaint historyAnd this is no differentI understand your return policyJust refund me what is rightfully mine as you have a product that I returned since 7/29/and I have not seen one penny of it

The customer called on 18-Jun-to return the itemWe asked in it was opened as we do not accept returns on opened electronicsThe customer stated only opened the brown box not the manufacturer packageWe told the customer that if it's found to be opened, we will send the item backThe item was returned on 22-Jun-2015, the warehouse manager inspected the item and it was opened and refused as advisedThere is no refund due as we do not accept returns on opened electronic itemsThank you
