Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:this company is not telling the truthI opened the cake as soon as I arrived home from work the day it was deliveredIt was melted and ruined because there was no ice whatsoever packed with the cakeWhoever packed it forgot to put in ice packsIt was only packed in green styrofoam peanutsI called the company the very next morning to report the ruined cake & a customer service agent told me they would check on it and get back to meThey NEVER got back to me so I waited a few days and called againThis time I was told the same thing that they would get back to meAfter more days I got an email from ups stating I was going to receive a package from themI immediately called and told them they never even got back to me and did not tell me anythingAt this time I told them I did not want redelivery because I was going out of town for a wedding and would not be home to receive it and also it may be sent again with no ice and then I would have a 2nd ruined cakeThe agent said they would try to stop redelivery and would call me backAgain they never called but I received an email from ups saying the delivery could not be madeI again called and asked for my refund and the supervisor told me she was putting in a request for a full refund and would get back with meShe never didI called a week later to try to get refund and the agent told me they were checking on itSo all I have gotten from this horrible company is the run aroundI filed this complaint and they say they are giving a partial refundI was told by their supervisor I would receive a full refundI can't understand why a multimillion dollar company would not refund a customer for a ruined cakeI see now why there are hundreds of complaints about them on the internet Regards, [redacted]
