The customer called on 12-Apr-stating the item was damaged and they did not want a replacementCustomer confirmed the item was signed for with the carrier free and clear, no damaged notatedPaperwork was submitted and a claim was filed with the carrier on 16-Apr-This claim is still ongoing, a refund will not be provided until this claim is closedWe cannot guarantee a refund will be given since the customer did not notate any damage at the time of delivery, Delivery and Damaged Shipments 1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right awayIf you do not call us within days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging materialCall our customer service department immediately at [redacted]

Customer was sent return instructions on 29-Sep-2016, they need to follow those instructions to receive the appropriate refund, according to our posted return policy

There was no mistake, the customer spoke to me personally and said "I thought I ordered a bed." If they do not wish to pay to return the items, they are more than welcome to keep them and purchase the needed parts

The item was delivered 9/22/2015, the customer called the same day to state they needed to return the item, return instructions were emailed to the customer, in the email they were provided with the return address of: UnbeatableSale Returns DeptLehigh Ave Suite Lakewood, NJ The customer emailed on 6-Oct-stating they returned the item, where was their refund? The customer provided the return tracking " [redacted] Tracking # [redacted] [redacted] Expected delivery 9/29/to Henderson, NV" Please note, we do not have a warehouse in NV, the email stated this should have been sent to NJDue to customer error, it took much longer for us to track down their credit and issue the proper refundSince the item was restocked to the wrong address, we were restocked which is then passed along to the customerThis information is located in our return policy on ***, as well as all of our sites, all customers have access to this policy prior to placing an orderThis matter is resolved

Hello,The customer received what was orderedThe order came to us for (5) C-Line Products Inc CLIC Line Expanding File Pocket Tab, nowhere on the listing or description does this ad mention that this is a pack or multiple quantityThe customer claims this is advertising but clearly they received what was orderedWe will be unable to send the customer any more items, as there was no error on the seller part on this order.At this time, as a courtesy, I will grant the customer a refund of their item cost and they may keep the folders which they ordered.We consider this issue resolved to the best of our ability.Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I am glad to see this company respond back and try to back their decisions of why they tend to rip off people and take money away from customers, they still didn't clarify of what happened to the product in the early stages of when it was ordered Sure they could have shipped the product after it was cancelled and then their so called "policies" would go in effect for them They say they advised [redacted] of this situation but after talking to [redacted] myself, [redacted] has agreed with me in saying that I never refused delivery and it was not delivered to me ever [redacted] also agreed that I should get a full refund for this product as when I first called to complain of where my product was at and went on to continue to cancel the order the product had not been shipped at that point So I am not sure when the product was shipped or even shipped at all The fact that ***, who uses this third party business, is on my side in this situation already says alot and wants to see me get this refundI am not sure how this company can go against [redacted] when it is them that brings them business So as they might have their policies, they are misussing them toward their customers in lies and deceitThey are frauding people out of their money with their so called use of policies to make it sound legit Regards, [redacted]
