Bayview Loan Servicing

I have sent several notifications to this company that my mother passed away (including sending at least 2 death certificates). I have requested that any correspondence be mailed to my address, but they continuously mail bills to my mother's address, and no one lives there. I wish my mother had NEVER dealt with this company.

Breach of Contract
Contract to agree to: (Cash for Keys)
1. deliver possession of the Property by delivering keys-I did
2. Deliver Property in Clean(personal property removed/trash) condition-I did
3. Deliver keys-I did
4. All attached fixtures-remain installed-I did

*** performed a walk through and we agreed on the which belongs I was expected to remove. I've called *** on Several occasions to receive the agreed upon amount($1500) for the items: 1-4. She is now refusing to pay because she been trying to force me to take(theft) property that does not belong to me.

Her agreement was deceiving and I would like to report this mischief behavior

They don't return phone calls blaming over turn in staff. While money was taken from my paycheck every two weeks because they where half payments those funds where improperly filed for months causing the bankruptcy judges to sanctuar. Had me drive over two hours to Long Island to talk with experts and be told no work out. Get a lawyer don't deal with them.

Made payments every month they say were 11 months behind......
are there late fees applied?
Is there additional interest burdens compounding?
This needs to be looked into and stopped these customers needs to be reimbursed for there loss and made hole. This is a class action waiting to be filed.

Mortgage overpayment not returned and account not modified afternPMI cancellation
Bayview loan has neglected to modify my account and return an overpayment of cancelled private mortgage insurance even though I have written confirmation of the cancellation of this insurance. The letter I have is dated May 26, 2017, and the payment for the full amount including the private mortgage insurance For the month of June has been paid. As of yet, I have not received a refund of these funds, nor have I received a new statement or notification of the modified payment without the added private mortgage insurance fee going forward.
