I tried to do a loan modification with these people three times and each time got worse then the one before by the time they were done I would have been paying over 6% interest rate and they would not give me a fixed 30 year mortgage.I even tried to do a cash for keys they gave me false information and after I signed paper work to release title they said it could not be done.I might have lost my home because of them but they lost in the long run as I refused to fix or do any repairs in the house and they took a big loss and had to sell the house as is and lost 70,000 in the process they also had to pay for someone to clean out the house,if you need a mortgage company look for one that has a good reputation these people are horrible and they could care less if you keep your house or lose it

Fraud with Mortgages, Promised deed in lieu and was not given one after receiving a letter stating that I will and money to move.
My name is *** I was told by bay view loan servicing on several occasions that I would be getting a deed in lieu of foreclosure. I got a letter from them on September 29th 2017 stating that very issue, and the letter also indicated that I had to give them all the required information seven days prior to a foreclosure date, at that point I complied with all of that and the letter itself stated that they had all the required documents and I did not need to send any. They also said that it would be answered if I did get one on or before October 29th 2017. I have not gotten any other letters stating otherwise. I got a very threatening email from the x *** who moved out in 2011 signed a quit claim. He stated that it was a realtor and they were taking possession of my house on November 13th and that I should give him the relocation assistance which is promised to me as I have occupied the property since 2005.
I have contacted Bayview on several occasions about this matter and they do not respond to email or phone calls. I by law am the legal owner of this house until the courts say otherwise. For them to be letting realtors call the x and threaten me is beyond violation of ethics. They should not be contacting the x at all we were divorced 8 years ago and he is trying to take my relocation monies, to which he is not entitled. The loan number is XXXXXXX. I have contacted you before about this company and its practices; they are still doing what they always do and trying to literally steal from me. They have my phone, home address and email address. Please help.

To give me my relocation assistance and follow through with the deed in lieu.

They foreclosed on my house after admitting they sent error letters resulting in my inability to have enough time to get documents they requested Their error in requesting documents resulted in a foreclosure. I was trying to give it back and get my relocation assistance. now it is foreclosed on after their mishap in documents. I simply want me relocation assistance of 3000 that I was told would go to me. it has to be presented to me in my maiden name of *** wanted deed in lieu and was told they are looking at all the documents that they said they got. It may be to late now to do A deed in lieu but I want the foreclosure removed off my credit report.

I have no internet so I have to use the library so all documents should be sent via mail for a quick response, as I said I did accept the response from bay view and we are going forward with relocation assistance and removing the foreclosure and making it a deed in lieu, Im very happy with their response.

This company is unresponsive to my request.
9/21/17: I had initially contacted this company as they need to remove me from a loan which was is the responsibility of my ex-wife. I provided all documentation including the divorce decree and judgement. I asked that they acknowledge receipt, but they did not acknowledge.
9/22/17: I resent my initial request and asked for verification they received my request.
9/22/17: Recieved an email back that my request was received and that I will receive correspondence via mail, but they did not ask for my mailing address.
9/25/17: I provided my mailing address via email.
10/15/17: I had not received a response, or correspondence via mail. I emailed again asking for confirmation of anything being mailed. No response.
10/17/17: I emailed again letting them know that I had not received any correspondence from them and asked for an update on the status of my initial request. No response.
10/20/17: I emailed once again letting them know that I've heard nothing from them. Again there was no response.
10/23/17: I emailed this company and let them know that I had originally contacted them on September 21, and a month later they have done nothing to respond. I reminded them that I have provided my mailing address, and asked what it takes to get a response from their company. I take it that they do not want to respond to me. Again there was no response.
10/24/17: I emailed that I will now file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
At this time I have never received correspondence from this company, or even a courtesy response letting me know that they are working on it. They have done nothing to communicate.

Desired Outcome

I need to be removed from a loan held by this organization. This is based on a dissolution of marraige and entry of judgment in 2013.

I have had issues with the Customer Service at Bayview Loan Servicing since October 2017. They continue to ignore requests for information. I have already filed a complaint with the Revdex.com case# XXXXXXXX. After my first complaint they assigned a customer advocate who was helpful to begin with, but eventually totally lacked communication. Now the customer service advocate, after I've attenpted to contact him 4 times he finally told me he is no longer assigned to this and I have to go back through the standard customer service Dept. I sent an email to customer service on June 11 asking for the status on a release of liability that I submitted on January 19. I have since followed up on many occasions and do not receive any responses. Again I sent a request on June 15. This has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I need this resolved.

My mortgage was sold to Bayview from Citifinicial. Since Bayview has taken over I have received at least 3 calls a day, including Sundays, about not having flood insurance. Bayview took flood insurance out on my home after my insurance company sent documentation several times stating I have flood insurance. I have received letters from bayview stating that the insurance they purchased has been cancelled, however, they are still adding it to my payment. I can easily believe the negative reports I've read about this place since it is now happening to me .

Wrong information and negative action from the incorrect information.Four calls and still no positive results or any results from this issue.
Sept. 20, 2017 I receive a letter stating they were discontinuing my monthly statement draft from my banking account and I called on Sept.27, 2017 about the letter and why? I was told by the female employee that she didn't understand why I received the letter either and that they would continue the monthly withdrawn 227.32 on the 10th of each month. Well on Oct.16,2017 I noticed they didn't take the monthly draft out like I was lead to believe to happen on the 10th of October. So I called again on 16th of Oct. after checking my bank account, showing that the amount hadn't been withdrawn. So now I know: they will have me as a late payment on my account , possibly on my credit score, (Not my fault) There will be even more very little of the payment applied to my Principal balance(6.67 on the statement,) October 16,2017 I tried again to pay the Oct. payment, October 18, 2017 they something went wrong with the withdrawn. I don't know what or why?? I called again when I got the letter stating this Oct. 23, 2017 the 227.32 has been sitting in my account sent October 1, 2017.

Desired Outcome

I want the payment taken and received, I want the 30.00 late fee gone, I need the the principal to show the amount to be as it would be if received on the 10th of October, which I was lead to believe it would be. I know if not received on time all the negativity action comes from it. I am so ready to start seeing more than 30 and 40 some dollars being paid on this principal account monthly. Once I get back on my feet ASAP I will be paying more toward the principal.

Recently took over sons loan with Bayview inquiring into premium of hazard ins.policy was informed that it was $1423
Recently took over sons loan with Bayview inquiring into premium of hazard ins.policy that they put into effect with American Family ins...was informed that it was $1423, $1000 more per year than my insurance agent quoted. I am hoping there is some law against this insurance gouging of consumers who are unaware of the options.

Desired Outcome

My resolution would be to receive a refund on the years that the loan was charging this outrageous premium.

My loan was recently transferred to Bayview. I was told that I can not have access to my account because I am in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
My loan was recently transferred to Bayview Servicing on September 2017. In an attempt to pay my September payment, it was confirmed from my previous servicer that my loan had been transferred. Information was provided to me from my previous servicer as to contact for Bayview. I called Bayview on September 12, 2017. I spoke with ***. I explained to *** that I was trying to pay my September payment and was just notified that my loan had been transferred but had no information pertaining to my loan. *** proceeded to look up my loan number based upon my SSN# and Property Address. I was attempting to create an online account. On that date I was not able to make my payment as I explained to *** that I would call back. I called back on 9/13/2017 and spoke with ***. I was told at that time that they could not speak with me because I was in bankruptcy and that all of my documentation had been sent to my attorney of record. I thanked them, and called my attorney of record to find that my attorney had no information regarding the change of the servicing of my loan. To date my attorney still has not received any information regarding the transfer of my loan. I continued to explain that my previous servicer would provide informational statements to me to ensure that I had all the appropriate information regarding my loan. I was also told that I could not have access to the website because I was in bankruptcy and therefore I can not obtain current informational statements. It is my goal to ensure that payments are being applied in a timely and efficient manner and accurately.
I did not have an account number, nor had I received any information welcoming me to the organization and/or what my loan number would be with their organization. I am currently in bankruptcy Chapter 13 Re-organization. My previous servicer provided me with monthly informational statements as to payments made, and escrow balances. I was also allowed to access my account online. My attorney does not have a notification of transfer of my loan. That leaves me to believe that due to my bankruptcy I am treated disparately.

I have spoken to numerous individuals throughout your organization. I have spoken to ***, in the Escalation Department, ***, ***, *** and now *** in the bankruptcy department. My attorney has provided information that I should receive informational statements and that you can provide information to me regarding my loan. I don't have the time to call numerous times to get basic information and/or to stay on hold and away from my work from in excess of 40 minutes. I do record all conversations as I am left to believe that I must solely relay on your information without the ability to dispute the accuracy or inaccuracy of such information. Below is an outline of the steps that I have taken:
1. Created an online account to access my account online (told that it was denied because I am in Chapter 13 bankruptcy).
2. I obtain authorization from my attorney to allow Bayview to send Information statements to my address as well as to access online
3. I have attempted to make it easy to process my payments through my bank to no avail
4. I have spoken to numerous departments within your organization to no avail.

For the short time that I have been notified that Bayview is the servicer of my loan, customer service is lacking and non-existent. In accordance to RESPA and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Bayview has violated my rights in the following manner:
1. Not providing access and full disclosure to my payment and escrow in the form of a monthly informational statement
2. Failure to provide a welcome/transfer letter to me and/my attorney at the time the loan was transferred.
3. Failure to provide proper notification of escrow informational statements.

Desired Outcome

1. As a customer although in Chapter 13 bankruptcy, my attorney has indicated they should send me informational statements and provide access to my account. 2. I would like to be able to pay my bill on line as I was previously told to set up an online account. 3. I would like to be able to access my account in a timely and efficient manner without calling Bayview each time that I need to access information. 4. I would like to be given accurate and timely information regarding the recording of my payments. 5. I would like for Bayview to respond to my Qualified Written Statement dated 09/27/2017

SOME ONE USED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND STOLE MY HOME.SECOND MORTGAGE SOLD ME MY HOME FOR $106,000 AND SENT ME $ 2,300 CHECK,TELLING ME HOME WAS FORECLOSED.
HOW CAN I BUY MY FORECLOSED HOME THAT WAS LISTED FOR SALE FOR $ 405,000?

STATING I PAID OFF THE HOME.
AFTER INVESTIGATION EXPERIAN DELETED THE SECOND MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE.

Chase transferred my mother's mortgage to another horror by the name of Bayview Loan Servicing, effective 9/1/17. Shortly after she received a notice from Bayview stating that she was behind over $5,000 with her mortgage! This was ludacrist! After much research I found that Chase did not credit my mother's payments properly and it would seem Bayview pulled a number out of a hat because we're still not sure how they came up with this amount. Bayview has been handling her account poorly and has been reporting to the credit bureaus erroneous information. She is showing as late on her payments when she is in fact "CURRENT". Of course this is affecting her credit rating and her ability to obtain credit. I have confirmed all the payments made to Chase with her bank. There is absolutely no reason for this mistake other than this company has taken advantage of the elderly and enjoys doing it! Both Chase and Bayview are incompetent and it's sad that homeowners can't select the company they wish to do business with. Chase and Bayview would never be the two that we select! I am not even sure how Bayview is operating in America the way that they have cheated, stolen and ruined hardworking customer's lives! It's mind blowing all of the lawsuits and customer complaints! This headache is time out of my life that I will NEVER get back!

Billing Adjustment All information has been sent to my state's Attorney General's office and has been confirmed! I AM NOT BEHIND ON MY PAYMENTS! I want these corrected, my credit report rectified and I want my account transferred to any mortgage company left with decency! I will refuse to deal with these shysters for the remainder of my loan!

We just need to make sure that we are understanding the feedback from the brilliant folk at Bayview Loan Servicing, because what was sent in response really defies all decency and common sense.

So in summary what Bayview is implying is that my mother, *** was short on a total of "2" payments by a mere $6 each payment??? And this was simply because she made a "HUMAN" error (because that's what we are) and paid an amount off of an old invoice? And now those two payments lie somewhere in a "suspense" account? Is this correct???

And so these entities (Chase and Bayview) would try to pull the rug from underneath my mother for less than $12.00 after she's paid these motley entities in exorbitance for over 10 years??? They have tried to subtly threaten her with stealing her home because they are hard pressed for $12 bucks? WE NEED A RESPONSE TO THIS!

I say this because neither the brilliant folk at Bayview nor at Chase ever had the DECENCY to contact *** or ***'s lawyer- *** to let him know that the payments were short! And let us remember that Bayview would not give us information regarding our own account and throughout all the times I have called Chase and spoke to a CSR, no one had the sense or the knowledge to simply say that these payments were short and that this is what was going on...JUST ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND EXTREMELY DECEITFUL! Oh sure, Bayview can send a 70 plus page manifestó in response to this complaint but they could not send 1 page to my mother to simply inform her of this situation! Are we calling this good customer service now? Because I call it pure DECEPTION and THIEVERY! I really do believe this treachery happens a lot with the elderly and it's really despicable practices! I will also add that none of the letters that they sent in the past month has stated this fact either! Is this perhaps why they are showing hundreds of online complaints and lawsuits??? I'm thinking probably so! Again, WE NEED A RESPONSE TO THIS! I need to understand why I am being forced to spend time out of my life that I will never get back to address the nonsensical actions of this entity! Everyone working for this company is either incompetent or simply just shady!

A check in the amount of $6.00 was mailed previously, as was every other payment for this account- which has been cashed, I might add!!! WHY IS HER PAYMENTS SITTING IN SOME *** SUSPENSE ACCOUNT WHEN CHASE AND BAYVIEW CASHED OUT HER MONEY AND ARE REAPING THE BENEFITS FROM IT AS I AM TYPING THIS??? But yet, they are trying to stress us out over less than $12! WE NEED A RESPONSE FOR THIS AS WELL!

I am writing a check for $11.78 on behalf of my mother as this was the amount that Bayview has stated was short. Where they are getting this amount... who knows? Probably out of a hat like all of their other claims! None of my calculations sum up to what they are claiming but I do not like to waste time speaking with these people as they are low class, unprofessional and apparently think people being upset over losing their homes is amusing! So, I am sending none-the-less because I want my mother's account to be adjusted properly, and PREFERABLY by another loan servicing company as this one is not suitable to even be called a company!

I also see that Bayview is now stating that my mother has to pay late fees of $45.10 if her payments are not submitted timely. We need clarification on this as well because Chase has stated to both me and *** that she WILL NOT have to pay late fees because of her bankruptcy status. And Bayview will also need to clarify the last day her payments can be submitted before it is considered late, as they HAVE NOT sent a billing statement. We have no way of seeing where we are in our own loan because we get no invoices and are not permitted to view this account online.

I am also questioning why my mother's Escrow Review Period has been less than a 12 month cycle? Is this standard? Shouldn't this be from one calendar year to the next or do they just pick the amount of months that the review will be for? Would not surprise me. I am attaching copies of the invoice from Chase showing this.

Make no mistake...I am not about to be spending my days dealing with Bayview for ridiculous issues fueled by their crookedness and incompetence. We are not about to be bullied and threatened therefore I have taken this matter up with other state entities. There is no level of trust for us when dealing with these people. In summary, I would like to have the aformentioned questions answered directly without dancing around the obvious questions:

-IS BAYVIEW TRYING TO STEAL MY MOTHER'S HOME BECAUSE TWO OF HER PAYMENTS WERE SHORT BY LESS THAN $6 AND NOW THEY NEED HER TO PAY $11.78 TO BRING THOSE PAYMENTS OUT OF SOME SUSPENSE ACCOUNT?

-WHY WAS *** NOT NOTIFIED DIRECTLY OF THE SHORTAGE AND OF THE FACT THAT HER PAYMENTS WERE CASHED BUT WERE NOT BEING APPLIED TO HER LOAN?

-IS BAYVIEW NOW CHARGING *** LATE FEES?

-WHEN WILL THE LATE FEE BE ACCESSED?

-WHY IS THE ESCROW REVIEW PERIOD LESS THAN A 12 MONTH PERIOD FOR THIS LOAN? IT IS CALLED THE "ANNUAL ESCROW ANALYSIS" BUT CHASE INCREASED ***'S PAYMENTS EARLIER THAN THE ANNUAL PERIOD?

These questions need to be answered and I hope the rating for this entity reflects all of its bad practices against my mother and so many others!

I will be moving forward and following up with my state's Banking & Securities Dept. and also filing a lawsuit with my attorney against this institution because this level of thievery and incompetence must be addressed! ALSO LET THE DOCUMENTS SHOW HOW BAYVIEW IS NOW PLACING MY MOTHER'S ESCROW PAYMENT OF $169.04 INTO THEIR MYSTERY "SUSPENSE" ACCOUNT ONCE AGAIN (BUSINESS REBUTTAL FROM 12/4/17, PAGE 3 PARAGRAPH 8)! SO LET ME BREAK DOWN WHAT THIS WILL NOW DO...WHEN MY MOTHER MAKES THE PAYMENT LISTED ON THE ATTACHED COUPON OF $1256.59 (BECAUSE SHE OPTED TO PAY THE SHORTAGE OF $169.04), BAYVIEW WILL SIMPLY SAY THAT HER MONTHLY PAYMENT IS SHORT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROPERLY APPLY THE ESCROW SHORTAGE PAYMENT, BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN THEY CLAIM *** DID NOT PAY NOVEMBER. BAYVIEW WILL SAY HER PAYMENTS ARE NOW $1270.68 BECAUSE THEY ARE PURPOSELY WITHHOLDING HER FUNDS THEREFORE HER FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE CREDITED PROPERLY AND TIMELY AND WILL END UP IN BAYVIEW'S SAVINGS VAULT AKA "THE MYSTERY SUSPENSE" ACCOUNT! I AM SICK OF THESE LIARS!

We can already see what an unorganized mess this joke of a company is as stated on page 1 of the 12/4 rebuttal where Bayview stated that our requested authorization was not submitted timely. This is only one example of many! Now on page 4 this *** person is stating that there is $45.10 late fee from Chase dating back to September 2016???? Is he/she *** This is the first that we have even heard of this nonsense! So now they are trying to steal an additonal $45.10? I THINK NOT!
Someone who knows their job is going to reconcile this account but sadly, I am confident I will NOT find ONE competent individual at Bayview! And if they are "competent" then it is not benefiting the customer!

So, I have no problem with submitting my complaint wherever necessary. I am a licensed real estate professional and I know when people are being taken advantage of. I didn't think a mortgage company could be as bad as Chase, but I was fooled once again! This is unacceptable and if Bayview thinks they are going to torment my family for years to come, then they are sadly mistaken! Revdex.com-THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE UNRATABLE! If you refuse to correct this account on this level then I will take up this complaint to *** level!

I was contacted by Bayview Loan Servicing 6 weeks ago. They were requesting to "verify my information" in regards to a house I had not owned in over 2 years. They were looking to verify my personal information and I did not give them the information at the time over the phone. With today scams and ID theft, I wanted to verify that the call was legitimate. Come to find out, that I was listed on the original loan with my now ex-wife. I have attempted to contact Bayview Loan Servicing; the original caller ***, he reporting manager *** and the Customer Service Department several times. both via email and by phone. I have sent them a register letter with proof of delivery and signature in advise from my lawyer. To this point, I have yet to get any response back. If this is how they conduct business, I would never want to do any business with them. Horrible service !!

This Mortgage Company is the absolute worst business I have ever delt with. I was denied a loan modification due to my husband passing away and they said I didn't turn in my paperwork. I turned it in 4 times with proof! Then I was granted options but they took that away for the same reason! What is wrong with these people! They never returned my calls or emails. I've delt with *** and *** I'd rather live in a cave then deal with these extremely unprofessional people who literally do not know what is going on. They have insanely bad reviews all over the internet and I can't understand why they are still allowed to ruin people's lives. My three kids and grandchild, along with myself had no where to live. I wish I could give them 100 negative stars. BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE HOME-WRECKING PLACE.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS LOAN SERVICING COMPANY. They have strung out a loan modification for over 12 months with a friend of mine only to charge fees for this stringing on of the modification. They will not put in writing what 23k in different fees are for and refuse to explain the fees verbally as well. This is a predatory lending SERVICING facility. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. Do not believe what their agents tell you.

I dont know why Citibank transfer my mortgage loan to this company. They are a pkg of bad company to deal with. Customer service is horrible. I read all the reviews they are all so true. I dont know why this company is still in bussiness.

Citifinacial sold our home loan to this company . Thus the nightmare begins ,, Their website doesn't show our recent payments or the amounts we have paid ahead . Now they have begun harrassing us with letters saying we didn't have home owner's insurance during a certain length of time ( even though our insurance agent sent proof ) We just received another letter saying final notice saying the same thing again so we called them . a LADY ON THE OTHER END SAID they didn't get it and they only had something that said it had expired . We just came back from our State Farm agent who resent a paper saying we have had coverage since 1983 .. They were unable to fax the info because the fax would not work , So they tried to send it through email . We even discovered that the Citifinancial people didn't even bother sending the insurance company the changes so we even sent a copy of the updated mortgagee change ( Bayview ) with our new account number etc . Well .. to make a long story short I am disabled and my wife is a kidney transplant patient and this is sooo stressing . I will be talking to a lawyer on Wednesday and hoping not ( but probably will have to ) talk to the attorney general . How does this company out of Florida and Michigan keep being allowed to do this ? Interesting enough three different offices from three different states are all contradicting and harrassing us ... *** & ***
also we had thought the payment arrangement was straightened out pretty well to our understanding then the nonsense started from the Troy Mi branch .

Lack of customer service, and no returns my calls regarding my account.
I have made multiple attempts to contact this agency, in regards to my account status. No one returns my calls, or responds to my emails.

I have made numerous attempts to satisfy my loan repayment with Bayview, and there has been no resolution to date.

All I want to do is make the payment required to fulfill my loan obligation, and no one has helped me. I am beyond frustrated.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I have the funds to bring my account current, and I want someone to contact me immediately, so that I may remit the payment, so that my account is current, and in good standing.

Billing issue
I have my mortgage with Bayview Loan Servicing. I have struggled for months to get them to help me get my payments corrected. At their advisement, I did a modification with them. Every since the modification was complete they have had me a month behind on my payments. I have tried dozens of times to get help getting this corrected and all they ever offer is to add about $300 per month onto my payments for several months to bring it current. I cannot afford this and I make my payment every single month but because they will do nothing to correct the wrong from the modification, it is constantly showing me behind and affecting my credit. Not only that, but I get their nasty demand letters all of the time and letters that I am in default, etc. I make my payments timely every single month and if they would correct this there would not be any problem. Please help me get some assistance on this!!

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to do some sort of extension or something other than tacking on hundreds of dollars each month to bring my account current. Had I not followed their advice on the modification it would have never been the way it is now. You can't communicate with these people at all and everytime you call you get a different story.

Severely Poor Customer Service
We applied for a loan modification and missed the deadline due to an error with our asset manager. We requested a new asset manager through an upper manager. They did not do that. We called back and asked for another upper manager and was sent to voicemail. They repeatedly dodge our calls and don't answer or return calls when voicemails are left. We have been completely ignored in all of our requests.

Desired Outcome

We need the company to call us back and oblige our requests as well as work on correcting our credit report since most of our issues have been to errors on their end.

First issue.....Our loan was sold to this awful company. They kept on sending us letters that we didn't have home insurance......well that is a lie because we don't go without it. Called this worthless company to tell them they have the wrong info and they told us we had to fax proof. We called our insurance company and they called and faxed the proof. We kept receiving the same letters that we didn't have home insurance so I called again to tell them that this is now becoming a bulling issue because my home insurance company sent them everything. They told me again that they had to send it so while on the phone with them I called our insurance company to tell them this company was still harassing us and our insurance company said they need to do the leg work and stop making everyone else. This is part of taking over a loan. My insurance company did Bayviews job and we finally got that taken care of. Second issue.......Our bank was bought out so we have to change the routing number on accounts. All other company's let you change it over the phone or online. Not this company. You have to fax it. So we had the bank fax our changes. Guess what? when we called to make sure they got it Bayview said they never got it. So my husband went to the bank while I was on the phone with them and the bank couldn't get it to fax to the number they provided. Finally they took the new routing # over the phone. These people really need to have a D or F rating. I have never been so upset talking to anyone, but these people. Awful company that could make things so much more simpler once they verify who the account belongs to instead just keep makeing things so hard and will keep getting bad reviews until they stop asking for a fax for everything and start taking our info. I have spoke to one person from Bayview that did tell me that they just take care of everything for another company that really owns our loans. That company is Wilmington Trust Company (XXX) XXX-XXXX....maybe we all should be calling them and stop calling Bayview.
