Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My issue with this company is that they offered products both Beau Derma and Revita Eye by calling one number They DO NOT clearly indicate that they will be charging you after days I also think that if they have number to call to order the product I should not have to send my complaint on the other product elsewhere It is clear that they like deceiving people with this entire processYes they did say they would refund my dollars but they also charged another on the initial set up They are hiding behind their alleged "notification" that if you don't cancel in days they are charging you and also signing you up for automatic renewals This entire process is a scam When I called to complain I could hear numerous other operators on their end talking to others about the same thing----cancelling and the ridiculous charges and claims on their product The final straw is that their product doesn't work as it claimed It is no better than a standard moisturizer So I am not accepting their claim that they are right They are a deceptive company taking advantage of people with a product that doesn't perform I will watch my credit card for the refund they said they would process Regardless of that outcome this company is a scam Regards, [redacted]

The customer must call in to cancel or they will be charged on the 14 day.
