Hello,
Per the client, she has already received her refund. Also,
please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the
customer would be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they
didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not
allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase
unless he/she acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The
customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call
in and ask to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30
day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30
day supply plus shipping and handling.  We have done our due diligence on this complaint.

According to our internal system,  the customer have been refunded 2 full month as requested.  The first month refund was made on 4/7/15 for $89.95 and an additional $94.90 on 4/14/15.  Please close the case as we have already provided and resolved the dispute.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am aware of all of the details you provided; however, stating that your 14 day trial and subsequent auto fill orders information was all over is absolutely false. I ordered this at the same time as the Beauderma product, and did not see those requirements anywhere, let alone "all over". Based on the number of complaints you have, this is how you make the majority of your money. It's fairly obvious you purposely placed the information only buried in the Terms and Conditions for the express purpose of deceiving your customers-you should be ashamed of your business practices. I requested a full refund of the trial and the shipment sent in April. I will gladly send the product back-the bottle sent in April is still sealed, and the trial bottle only had a very small amount used as it burned my skin.

recently received your complaint ID [redacted] from the Revdex.com
regarding your account with Beau Derma.
We take complaints very seriously and we
hope this response will provide you with additional information. We received
your order on March 25, 2015.
The
terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state
that you were to have a two week trial period starting from the date of your
order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further
charges.  On your order page you were provided with the following
information:
We are confident you will see the benefits of using our Beau Derma Product within our 14 day shipping trial program. You are taking the
next step toward a more confident you! Upon signing up for your trial offer,
your credit card provided will be charged a One-time Shipping & Handling fee of $4.95. If you contact customer
service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 day of the date that you
enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will
not be charged anything else. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your
order for the trial product. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business
days. If you do not cancel within 14 day
of the date that you enroll in the Program, we will charge the same card you
provided at enrollment the monthly membership fee of $89.95. Then, beginning
about 30 days after enrollment in membership program we will send you a fresh
monthly shipment of the product and charge your card $94.90 when each supply
ships. You can cancel monthly shipments and avoid further Monthly Charges at
any time by contacting customer service at 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.
 
These
terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered
our product. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called
our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
 
Since
we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.95 on April
8, 2015. You were then enrolled into our monthly
shipment program and received two additional package at the cost of $89.95.
 
The
first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on June
11, 2015. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any
shipments or charges since then. 
 
Our
representative made every effort to assist you with a refund. We have
provided you with a full, immediate refund of $89.95 and requested you send the
product back.
 
Your
return was received within the return deadline date and a refund of $89.95 was
already issued back to you on June 11, 2015. That is the full product price of
the June shipment.
 
As
stated in our purchase terms you may only return the most recent shipment for a
refund.
 
Your
account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or
charges.

No where in the agreement does it say you will pay for the free trial if you cancel before the 14 days. This is a scam.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My issue with this company is that they offered 2 products both Beau Derma and Revita Eye by calling one number.  They DO NOT clearly indicate that they will be charging you after 14 days.  I also think that if they have 1 number to call to order the product I should not have to send my complaint on the other product elsewhere.  It is clear that they like deceiving people with this entire process.
Yes they did say they would refund my 89. dollars but they also charged another 89 on the initial set up.  
They are hiding behind their alleged "notification" that if you don't cancel in 14 days they are charging you 89 and also signing you up for automatic renewals.  
This entire process is a scam.  When I called to complain I could hear numerous other operators on their end talking to others about the same thing----cancelling and the ridiculous charges and claims on their product.   
The final straw is that their product doesn't work as it claimed.  It is no better than a standard moisturizer.  
So I am not accepting their claim that they are right.  They are a deceptive company taking advantage of people with a product that doesn't perform.   I will watch my credit card for the refund they said they would process.  Regardless of that outcome this company is a scam.

Good morning,
 
Complaint ID #[redacted].  On January 5th Beau Derma relayed that they would refund my $89.95 within 3-5 days.  As of today it has been 7 days and NO refund yet.
