condition of the product.  The customer is automatically signed onto our
monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. 
After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be
charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling.
Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.

receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and

[redacted] I am not satisfied because thru this one order they also tacked on an amount of $42.71 and $5.95 for a product I did not order. When you order the sample for $4.95 they automatically put another sample on under the name of a company called Revita Eye which is shipped from the same address. I called the cancellation number and cancelled everything but they still sent the two samples and the other two charges are still on my credit card. thru e-mail I told them the samples would be returned to them unopened and they sent me a number to call to get return instructions and when you call there's never a live person answering. They are ripping people off under two different company names using the exact same address. . The $39.71 and $4.95 is billed by Beau Derma showing on my credit card as Skin Refresh billed from Las Vegas, Nv and the$42.71 and $5.95 is showing as Revitaleye from Tustin, Ca. The samples address is showing as coming from the Santa Ana, Ca. address. Since the only order made was thru one e-mail they should be responsible for all the charges.

In order to speak to a customer representative the customer must listen to all options through our automated phone systems.  There is an option to be transferred to a customer representative. When a customer agrees with our terms and conditions, it is expected that they read what they are agreeing to the terms.  Nevertheless, we have refunded the customer a total of:  $175.90 on 12/15/2014.  Credit should be posted within 3-5 business days.  The customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving shipments or charges.

[Originally when I ordered the trial. I called immediately to cancel. A Revita Eye offer popped up on the screen, inquiring if I would like to purchase their product as well for $5.99. The screen turned a transparent gray, with no option to opt out or get out of the site. I had to log off to get out of the site. When I logged back on. I had received a email notice from Revita Eye, with an order number.  Revita Eye and Beau Derma are the same company. I immediately called to cancel both orders. In both instances the agents refused to allow me to opt out. Unless I agreed to purchase a one time order of their product for 14.99. I did agree, otherwise they threaten to bill my credit card 85.00. Enclosed Is a copy of the e-mail conversation between a Beau Derma agent and I. If you notice the agent states, 
"When you canceled you actively chose the option to keep your complete
program for the extremely discounted price of $14.71 in lieu of
returning it." "program" being the key word. The program is a 85 dollar membership, where there product will be mailed out to you monthly. The only reason I was able to cancel. Is I had to go to my bank, explain the situation. My Debit credit card was cancelled and I was given a new card to prevent Beau Derma and Revita Eye from billing me.  According to my  bank, Revita Eye, Charged me twice $5.99 and 14.71. I did receive the product for the cancelled order number for $5.99. I was charged an additional 14.71, but no product was mailed out to me. I tried communicating with the company via e-mail and telephone. The email came back as non existent, and I have been unable to reach them via telephone. Both products share the same company address and suite number.

I am aware of all of the details you provided; however, stating that your 14 day trial and subsequent auto fill orders information was all over is absolutely false. I ordered this at the same time as the Beauderma product, and did not see those requirements anywhere, let alone "all over". Based on the number of complaints you have, this is how you make the majority of your money. It's fairly obvious you purposely placed the information only buried in the Terms and Conditions for the express purpose of deceiving your customers-you should be ashamed of your business practices. I requested a full refund of the trial and the shipment sent in April. I will gladly send the product back-the bottle sent in April is still sealed, and the trial bottle only had a very small amount used as it burned my skin.
