Although I would like to add that the company's "small print" that they adamantly insist on copying and pasting to every single complaint the same response regardless of the complaint which is the exact same copy and paste they put for their *** *** complaints as well, is ONLY available on THEIR website at THEIR checkout and should be made available on their pop up sites/sales page or any other way they have of conducting a transactin as well as telling consumers when they place a phone order as this is all NOT done on THEIR WEBSITEAlso this company should have tracking for the shipping and since they are NOT Revdex.com accredited they should not be allowed to say that they are on a recorded line in order to get salesThank you Revdex.com I am glad to be done with HALF of this company (since they renamed the other half as a separate company if though it's the same address and sales on statements)

Beau Derma contacted me asking for the first and last digits of the card used I supplied that They responded that they could not find my account and to call customer service I called the number given and was put on hold and then hung up on I called back and gave all my info asked for I offered to give the dates my card was charged and the digits listed on my statement identifying the chargeI was told that there is nothing they can do to help me
