I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  The point of my complaint was the customer service agent would not give me the instructions to return the product so I would not be charged until I pressed her three times.  Each time I told her I was not satisfied  with the product she discounted the cost to me (15%, 30%, then 50%).  I finally had to say what do I need to do to return the products and not be charged.  I cancelled within 14 days and did not need to be intimidated to keep the product.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I was not aware of the automatic monthly charges and shipments or the time frame for cancellation.  I would have never ordered the product if I had been aware of the conditions for accepting the offer.  I will not be satisfied until I have a full refund.  I can not afford to simply give this company money for nothing.  I do not have their product and they still have $94.90 of my money.  This is not over.

They should have been/ will be posted within 3-5 business days. The customer must check with her bank in order to receive more information about the charges. The 10/13 refund will take more than one day to process... No where in our terms and conditions state that it is a free sample but that is a free trial. They have refunded the money for 8/10 but they charged me for a month later and I was in Europe did not order anything so when I came back I sent them the envelope unopened. They have to refund me the $94.00 charged. These people are unbelievable doing everything they can to trick the public and rob them. Please go on google and type Beau Derma to see the complaints as well as on rif-off. Thank you. They must refund me the other charge, it was supposed to be a trial an d no one said anything about sending me automatically anything. It's a lie, I would not have agreed and they never disclosed the price anyway. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE SAMPLE.
