I had a great experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts I had recently had some very bad experiences with a well known furniture chain I waited weeks for a living room set, missing my original delivery date due to manufacturer delays, only to get something that was not exactly what I ordered I also ordered a dining set from another online business, only have it arrive in pieces, damaged beyond repair Things were not looking good I still needed a bedroom set, so I took a chance and ordered one sight unseen from Bedroom Furniture Discounts The price was at least $less than other sites selling the same set When the bedroom set arrived, my jaw just dropped It was every bit as gorgeous in person as it had been in the advertised photo! The guys who delivered were right on time and super nice, as was Andrian from customer service who followed up with me after delivery and stayed with me for several weeks as we worked out a minor issue (sticky drawer) I couldn't be more happy with my new bedroom furniture I wish I had ordered my other furniture from them

I was leery to order furniture on line, but gave it a chance because the price was much lower than the local furniture storeThe furniture is beautiful, I had a piece that was missing and a piece that was damaged, I emailed Mark G [redacted] and within minutes he got back to me and ordered the pieces, within a week I received the replacement piecesI will definitely be a repeat customer

I ordered a dining room set, and from order through delivery the process was very efficient and thoroughAnthony quickly answered every question I had and kept me informed via email so I knew when my furniture would arriveThe delivery service was on-time and set it up exactly where I wanted itThe entire process took only three weeks instead of the usual 4- The furniture is perfect, and this company was a pleasure to deal withI highly recommend them

I ordered my Somerset Milan Counter Height dining set through Dining Room Outlets.com in early September and my furniture was delivered on **Oct my ordering experience with the sales staff, Nick and Raquel, was efficient and courteous the delivery guys were also friendly and courteous the dining table had to be disassembled before bringing it into my apartment because of the triangle shape of the table the guys reassembled the table inside my apartment and was kind enough to ask for my preference of where I wanted to table to be placed in my dining room when they left (they had another delivery in my complex), I inspected the table and found that one side of the lower shelf was not screwed in flush with the leg I was fortunate to still find them on property and managed to get them back into my apartment to fix the problem -- one table leg and one side of the lower shelf were removed and they found that the (for lack of a better term) cylinder where the screw goes in was not inserted correctly, so they fixed it and reassembled that one side of the table leg and lower shelf upon my final inspection, I was thankful for their help
