We received our bedroom chest and night stand today, and they are even more beautiful in person! We are extremely pleased with our purchase, as Bedroom Furniture Discounts had the best prices on the internet with free shippingEverything went so smoothly, that we were amazed! I accidentally made a mistake on the delivery address, but Andrian in customer service assured me that they would take care of it, and they did! Andrian also stayed in touch via email throughout the entire process, which was very much appreciated! I would not hesitate to order from them again

My fiance and I were looking for a couch, we went to several different furniture stores and found one we loved at *** ***They were going to charge us roughly $after taxes, full set-up, a protection plan and everything but it was going to take weeks to get to usSo we decided to look around before we purchasedThis is where we meet Bedroom Furniture Discounts, or ***, as we interacted with them

We finally get contacted by the delivery company saying they've got the couch and will deliver it in two daysThe delivery company was wonderfulCouch is fine and delivered
I contact AltairHe emails me back and offers me $in-store creditIN-STORE CREDIT! HE ask me to respond telling him I accept so he can get the paperwork startedI told him I would do no such thing and wanted a better offer for wasting weeks of my life, lying, and being incredibly deceptive and isolatedHe got back to me two days later saying that was the best he could do

I have received no confirmation that they will even be refunding $as *** never responded to my last email Furthermore, I think it is absolutely unacceptable that they will decide that it is okay for the delivery company to leave packaging material on the items and have my wife sign for the pieces anyway She maybe should have demanded that they remove all of the packaging material sticking to the pieces, but she said she felt uncomfortable asking them since they seemed to be in a hurry My wife should not have to be put in the situation of having to get people to do their jobs That is Bedroom Furniture Discounts job to make sure they hire quality people We reported the damage within a couple of hours We did not cause the damage It is extremely poor that this is the best that this company will do to rectify the issue They did offer a larger discount if I ordered more furniture from them I thought I might do that, but then came to find out that even though we spent nearly $less than months ago, I would have to spend another $just to get $credit They are a terrible company and should not be allowed to treat customers this way

Horrible delivery setup I ordered furniture in SeptemberWaited weeks for the order to be processed Then it was transported to their delivery partnersTheir delivery partner only comes once a month so if you are not home that date you have to wait for next monthIt is now mid DecemberI have waited yet another month and now a couple days before the new delivery date they are resceduling their delivery date I hace made payments on furniture I have not received And at this rate if I ever get the furniture it will be mid July

My experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts was excellent; especially the price of the furniture and the customer serviceThe two women I worked with online to place the orders with (Wendy and I think the other one was Karen) were great, and the follfrom Andrian Awas great as well We appreciate the delivery into our daughter's bedroom - she loves her new furniture!

Andrian was a wonderful customer service rep He responded to my inquiries promptly and tracked my shipping and delivery The delivery personnel were also great They arrived within the time span and completed the assembly accuratelyI can confidently refer this company and Andrian as the customer service rep

Disclaimer: The below represents my opinion only and is based on my one order/interaction with the companyMy opinion is mine aloneIt's possible that my experience, however terrible, could be an isolated incidentHowever, in looking at the many complaints filed for similar reasons, it is possible that a pattern might exist
Summary: Waited over months for delivery of a product I order from themExpected delivery dates continued to change Item was consistently reported as "in stock" on the site, but the representative stated that needed to be ordered from the manufacturerMade repeated requests to speak with a supervisor and/or have a 3-way conference with BFD and the manufacturer of the furniture to try to speed things upCould not get any helpful response back from them on those ideas or requestsFinally cancelled the order and got help from the credit card company
Would not recommend this companyIts my opinion that based on my experience that they (a) falsely advertise stock so as to secure an order from the customer and (b) they don't have any real system for effecting change when their processes break down
It's possible that they just have a Web team that doesn't keep the pages up to date, but having incorrect information on their site for 5+ months, to me, does seem fishy
It's their position that the delay was due to the manufacturerMaybe that is true, I don't knowThey wouldn't pass on the contact information or setup a conference call as I requestedBut if it is true, then I don't feel like BFD advocated for me as their customer
