Merchant's refund policy is easy and straight forward to understand
All the customer needs to do is return our product within days, and
they are granted a full refund with no questions asked
As what was stated in the email sent to the customer the refund has
been processed to his accountOnce a refund has been issued, it
usually takes 3-* business days for the credit to be posted to a
customer's account, depending on their financial institutionThis
time frame is also indicated in the Merchant's terms and conditions
But the customer is still required to return the said product that he
received
The Merchant also confirms that the customer was removed on the auto ship plan
Merchant is prepared to provide supporting documentation of the refund

If you have ever gotten bed bugs before than you know how hard it is to get rid of themI had stayed the night over a friends, who had bed bugs and I brought them to my house without knowingI tried a few products that were at my local store, sprays and bombs, but none would remove themI found out about Bedroom Guardian from a co-worker who experienced the same thing and long story short, this actually worked! No more bugs and no more itchingI can say that I can sleep more comfortably knowing that I don't have bugs around or in my bedI even take this with me to like hotels just for precaution

not confirmed received and returned, because the contact information
used at the time of purchase should be on the package that the
customers are sending back and the Merchant recommend the use of some
type of delivery confirmation system for all returned items to ensure
proper delivery. But despite of that the Merchant is willing to refund
the customer in full for the four packages that the customer claims
that he sent back.
