I am rejecting the answer provided by the business on the following grounds: I am rejecting the answer provided by the business on the following grounds:Ipayment/Leadersis again misrepresenting the truth.The “disputed” transaction of $they are referring to is not a chargeback or a dispute. It is an American Express RETRIEVALRetrievals are generated when a cardholder does not immediately recognize a transaction, and requests supporting documentation to clarify the payment. RETRIEVALS DO NOT GENERATE A DEBT AND SHOULD NOT BE DEDUCTED FROM A SLLLER’S BANK ACCOUNT. Moreover, retrievals DO NOT GENERATE FEES as chargeback’s do.Retrieval can become a chargeback if documentation is not sent within business days from the retrieval date. That has not been the case, as the singed charge slip was sent to the proper department on 11-16-16.THESE FACTS ARE CLEARLY SPECIFIED ON THE TERMS OF SERVICE I SIGNED WITH LEADERS/IPAYMENT.Credit to my account is due immediately, Ipayment cannot anticipate that this retrieval will become a chargeback, and has no right to take money from my account before hand.Note that ipayment has not addressed the fact that they have not returned the second termination fee they charged me and the two last batches of sales I procssed

Their offer:"LEADERS has reviewed this merchant’s account and will refund the PCI Annual Fee that was billed for October as well as waive the collection
balance on this account."I am reviewing the bill and do not see anything that specifically says PCI Annual fee or collection fee so basically they are not offering to refund anything. Further, they are not offering any compensation for the much larger September money taken out of my account without authorization. I would like to reiterate that the terms I agreed to were No minimum use fee and no additional charges other than the percentage taken from the amount actually charged.I am attaching my statements so you can see how they classify the billing.Hopefully we can come to a reasonable resolution on this.I would like to sincerely like to thank you for your assistance in this matter

I am rejecting this response because: I sent the docu signs right back to them in nov of and may of I head nothing back from themHow convenient for themThey Continued to extract fees from my credit card accountThen mysteriously and undoubtedly illegally obtained my checking account number and are continuing to withdraw fees from that accountThis is extortionI want my fees refunded from November until April They claim they will contact me They continue to withdraw fees and I have heard nothing from them.

However, they are completely inaccurate and misleading in their responseI have asked at least a dozen times to send me the return address for these machinesNo one seemed to ever know the answer #1, They do not return phone calls or get back to you in any timely manner they give you the run aroundThe last Email response from Mike Ford said he would handle things right away and of course never called or got back to meSo how am I supposed to cancel or return anything when They are flat out Ignoring me. The last rude woman I spoke with flat out said the terminal was unreturnable and basically unserviceable and there was no existing claim number about this issue in their system! My husband and I spoke to keith for at least an hour trying to resolve this.I still never got a response from customer service about where to return the swiper. This is all a lie on their part. I have not heard from them in any capacity as they were supposed to call the following day about the terminal. I am pretty sure if I call and deal with whomever answers I will get the same run around!

listed on the application this merchant review prior to submitting to UnderwritingWhen this merchant registered for the PCI Compliance in June 2015, they supplied an email address for all notifications to be sent toEmails regarding this merchant’s PCI status were sent to that email address

LEADERS has reviewed our merchant service records and can confirm this merchant has continuously processed credit cards since September In November 2017, this merchant worked with the Collections and ACH Department regarding rejects on the account and successfully updated the bank account on
fileApril 2018, this merchant spoke with the LEADERS Customer Service Department regarding their concerns with the merchant accountThe Customer Service Department agreed to refund half of the PCI Annual Fee that was billedAll fees that have been billed are valid per the signed agreement this merchant was able to review prior to signing and submittingIf this merchant would like a rate review completed for possible adjustments of rates, LEADERS asks that this merchant contact the LEADERS Customer Service Department

This merchant submitted her application December and was approved December due to going back and forth with the Underwriting Department regarding the Change in Terms letterThis merchant agreed to get set up with a card reader which was then delivered January via USPSAfter multiple
conversations between this merchant, the account executive, and the Tech Support Department, this merchant purchased a wireless terminal as the card reader was not beneficial for her business needsPrior to sending out the wireless terminal, the Tech Support Department successfully completed a test transaction to ensure the terminal was functioning properlyThis merchant advised the Customer Service Department that the terminal would not keep a charge which means the battery could be the issue and not necessarily the terminalIf this merchant would like to close her account, LEADERS will refund the purchase price of the terminal when the terminal is returned and this merchant will need to sign a closure formLEADERS asks this merchant to contact the Support Department for the closure form as well as the return label for the terminal

needed to verify business information therefore the application was pending
until final approval on Monday March 14thWhen the application was
submitted, the merchant advised us he needed the card reader on Tuesday March
15th but did not want to pay overnight shipping for the card reader
The Interchange pricing this merchant was quoted is what was listed on the
applicationOur application is 4-pages depending on the equipment that is
being requestedBecause this merchant was getting the credit card reader on
the Free Terminal Program, LEADERS requires a signed Free Terminal Letter which
confirms merchant agrees to the terms of that programThis merchant did not
sign this letter therefore the account was pending until it was receivedAs a
courtesy, LEADERS will waive the Early Termination Fee on this account and close
the account per the closure form that was receivedLEADERS wishes this
merchant good luck in future endeavors and considers this closed

This merchant spoke with multiple departments within LEADERS and had many opportunities to request a copy of their agreement if they were having trouble downloading a copyPer merchant’s request on December 19th, LEADERS agreed if the account was reactivated the merchant account, management would review the account for possible refunds after days of processing

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like clarification as to whether they will still pursue the bill of $350. They stated that it was valid per signed agreement and that they can't refund the money because my bank reversed the payment. My complaint was regarding dishonesty in the sales process, not the fact that there was a cancellation fee hidden in the signed agreement (that I still have not received a copy of after repeated requests). I will be satisfied when the account is closed and nothing due.

validating the merchant’s monies and transactions in order to protect against the threat of high risk transactions and fraudulent activityWhen this merchant account application was submitted, the processing limits were approved at a $average ticket with a high ticket of $ The merchant first processed a transaction for $and then another transaction for $3800, both outside his approved limits. Since the merchant did not abide by the approved limits, LEADERS risk department held the 2transactions mentioned in this complaint and asked the merchant to verify the information on the transactionsLEADERS risk department worked diligently with the merchant to resolve this issue however, after researching these transactions they were found to be over days old and the merchants accounts didn’t support these high transactionsAs a good faith gesture, LEADERS released the $3400 transaction, but is unable to process the second transaction for $and has since issued a return to the card holder, therefore, there are no additional processing funds to return to themerchant LEADERS considers this complaint closed

I am rejecting this response because:We were the ones who were scammed by this guy I sent them the text and they r protecting him and not helping us they didn’t close my account we closed it this is not fair and I will post leaders on fb and I will go to the police with the text from this guy who scammed us I will not stop until I get my money back we work hard for our money and they just took it.This guy wanted us to put money in our account and take money out and pay someone else and pay us for doing it and we told him no that this was illegal and we never took a dime from him yes leaders took my money over $and this guy is a scammer they are protection g him not the working class people who refused to do what he wanted us to do.My bank told me to go to the police with his id and the text this is my next step cause he also had another guy contact us asking us Troy do the same thing he did and we said no.Regards,

sign and submit the contractIf the information in the signed contract did not
reflect what the merchant and the sales representative discussed then the

I am rejecting this response because: this company is nothing but a scam. Please see all the reviews and complaints, which are all very similar to my complaint. The company response indicated that something changed on my end with taking only business credit cards, which is what I told the salesperson that I initially spoke withHowever, he did not set the account correctly and lied about the fees on the initial phone call with him, Mickey Murillo is the liar I spoke with. I was told there would be no fees if I had no transactions and was certainly never told there was a cancellation fee. I would never have signed anything if I knew there was no way for me to cancel without paying. It was all lies, just to get me to open an account. I specifically asked him to disclose all fees as I was going through the contract over the phone with him. He's a very smooth liar, but a liar nonetheless. Everything he told me was a lie, starting from the first invoice I received Please take the time to look up other reviews of this company and you will see the pattern. Please do something about this horrible company. Shut it down
