After review of this customer's account we have found that an error in our system caused of her advertisements not to be deliveredWe have spoken to the customer and reimbursed the payment for those advertisementsAdditionally we have confirmed the delivery of one of the advertisements to the host golf course in January of We overnight the finished copy of the advertisement to the customer via Fed Ex and have confirmed it was receivedOur apologies for any frustration and or confusionWe consider this complaint closed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: by contract Bench Craft had days from 9/10/to produce my ad They failed to produce the ad (guide & cards) in the alloted time, this is breach of contractThey said, Feb 2016, that they mailed me copies of the score cardsI never received the cards becaue they were never printedThey lied about the cards being printed and now, months later they have finally produced a golfguideThere isn't a printed date on the guideI have no way of knowing when the guide was printed Since they lied about the cards being printed I don't trust they produced the guide on time They had days by THEIR contractThey took my money and did not fulfill the contract I want a full refund for breach of contractSincerely, [redacted] ***

We have attempted to contact the customer several times and have received no responseWe sent an overnight package with a copy of her printed product on 9/11/to the address we have on fileSince we have yet to hear a response from the customer, we consider this complaint closed

In this customer's complaint she states that after she bought advertising space on a local golf course, she discovered that it was fraud We contacted the customer when we received this complaint and found out that she didn't make any attempt to contact the golf course to verify our legitimacyInstead of doing her due diligence, she decided to immediately contest the charge through her credit card companyThe credit card company side on our behalf because they did their due diligence and verified not only our contract with the golf course, but also a valid contract with the customerIn her complaint she refers to a bogus productThis is obviously erroneous as once again she did no real researchIn her complaint she insists that she was scammed and wants to warn othersUnfortunately this is an unfounded and quite ridiculous complaint All of this being said, we would rather not do business with someone that would attempt to slander a company that has been in business for years instead of simply doing her due diligence and verifying through the host golf course that we are indeed producing a product for them that includes advertising space for local business ownersWe will be canceling her account and processing a refund in full We apologize to the Revdex.com that their time was wasted on such an erroneous complaintWe consider this complaint closed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:A representative by the name of Justin called me today from bench craftI let him know my displeasure with his company and the incomplete service they provided to meHe instantly became verbally abusive and threatened me with extortionI proceeded to end the conversation with him because I did not want to be bullied with his scare tactics anymoreI am still very upset with the service they provided and would like a complete refundIn the future I will not do business with them and I will tell others as well of the unprofessional experience I had with this advertising company
