course is a part time worker according to the actual GM of the course. She made a mistake and gave this customer some inaccurate information. We have made an attempt to explain this to the customer. We advise that she contact the actual GM of the golf course in order to confirm our contract with them. He will happily accept her phone call. It is unfortunate that a customer would throw around the term scam so arbitrarily without doing their due diligence and or contacting us first. We do not judge her however, maybe she is new to business. If she has any further questions we ask that she contact us at her convenience. We consider this complaint closed.

After review of this customer's account we have found that an error in our system caused 2 of her 3 advertisements not to be delivered. We have spoken to the customer and reimbursed the payment for those advertisements. Additionally we have confirmed the delivery of one of the advertisements to the...

host golf course in January of 2016. We overnight the finished copy of the advertisement to the customer via Fed Ex and have confirmed it was received. Our apologies for any frustration and or confusion. We consider this complaint closed.

In this customer's complaint she states that after she bought advertising space on a local golf course, she discovered that it was fraud.  We contacted the customer when we received this complaint and found out that she didn't make any attempt to contact the golf course to verify our...

legitimacy. Instead of doing her due diligence, she decided to immediately contest the charge through her credit card company. The credit card company side on our behalf because they did their due diligence and verified not only our contract with the golf course, but also a valid contract with the customer. In her complaint she refers to a bogus product. This is obviously erroneous as once again she did no real research. In her complaint she insists that she was scammed and wants to warn others. Unfortunately this is an unfounded and quite ridiculous complaint.  All of this being said, we would rather not do business with someone that would attempt to slander a company that has been in business for 33 years instead of simply doing her due diligence and verifying through the host golf course that we are indeed producing a product for them that includes advertising space for local business owners. We will be canceling her account and processing a refund in full.  We apologize to the Revdex.com that their time was wasted on such an erroneous complaint. We consider this complaint closed.

Per this customers request we will not be contacting her. The host golf course that we believe she is being contacted about has been noted not to call her business. If she wishes to contact us directly she can call 1.800.824.8311 and ask for customer service. We consider this complaint closed

This years print is the final print for this golf course. There will be no further phone calls to the areas surrounding the golf course. We appreciate the golf course bringing this to our attention and we consider this complaint closed.

that the business realized they had not satisfied me, nor followed up with me on the actions they had promised (which they did indeed do). As a consequence, a further telephone call with customer service manager Justin D. made him aware that ending a conversation does not mean the matter is resolved, and I became aware that anyone who can lovingly quote "[redacted]" (a movie about high pressure sales teams) is not soon to change their boiler room tactics. Coffee is for closers, Justin. Just remember what 3rd place gets you.Sincerely, [redacted]

complaint. I received the golf booklets two days ago from our advertising over a year ago. The sales person that solicited me via telephone several days ago was rude to me because I no longer desired to advertise with this company which was unacceptable. I did speak with the business owner on Tuesday who apologized to me over the phone for his employees lack of integrity and how he handled himself on the phone. He agreed that his company would no longer solicit our company for advertising. At this point this resolves my complaint.
