I am rejecting this response
because:The representative that called me kept interrupting me every time I tried saying anything. He was outright rude, so I simply said "goodbye" then disconnected. Placing a phone call to try to "re-mediate" an issue and never actually giving both parties the opportunity to speak is both unprofessional and disrespectful. Ironically he warned me that he would say that he was hung up on, which is absolutely true, because he left me know alternative. I'm guessing that is because it is how their "conversations" go with anyone that calls with a dispute. Not allowing me to get a word in is not a conversation. This company clearly has *** business practices therefore any further contact from them is both not necessary and not welcome.I will resolve the issue with ***, since I have clear evidence that I never agreed to the contract which they claim to hold me responsible. The only resolution I would except from this company to consider this case resolved is a complete refund and no further contact from them.
