Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Talking to them on the phone is a waste of timeThey just give you the run around and tell you they don't cancel ordersI was lied to by salesman and have emails to prove itThis company conducts business through disposable gmail accountsEmail from sales person stated they were selling me a booklet scorecard adThey said the golf course was moving from a score card to a booklet scorecard that showed all the holes with informationI contacted the golf course and they said this was untrueI emailed the salesman back and he said he no longer worked for company, but as far as he knew, they were moving to a scorecard bookletI was lied to and do not want to do business with this company, especially after speaking with a few of the managersI've never been treated so poorly by a business in my lifeI will not be answering phone calls from them since there is no record of what they tell me on the phoneWe can communicate through Revdex.com.mSincerely, [redacted]

I received a partial refund for ads Bench Craft never produced in the amount of $ I am also asking for a full refund of the 1st ad that I paid $for up-frontBench Craft voided their contract by not producing the ad within the allotted days

We have attempted to reach out to Mrs. [redacted] in regards to her complaint. We did get confirmation that she was out of town until next Tuesday. Although, we haven't spoken with Mrs. [redacted] , we have already processed the refund for the full amount of $375. We will contact her on Tuesday to... confirm that she has received the refund and also to inform her that we are not affiliated with [redacted] ***, at all. Therefore, we will not be able to refund or resolve any issues she has with that company. We consider this complaint resolved.

I sent a complaint to Revdex.com regarding Bench Craft Company in Portland Oregon, (Complaint file # ***) I was contacted by Justin, Customer Relations Supervisor at Bench Craft and he refunded the total amount of my dispute $750.00I considered this matter to be closed satisfactorily.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to contact them repeatedly via email and no one returned a response, proof, or anything until I pushed further Once they were aware that I called the course and my bank to dispute the charge - they became helpful This is not good customer service and they never communicated timelines to me To insult me via your forum is childish.
