This customer referenced a "re-mediation" attempt during the last phone conversation. It is difficult to find a resolution or "re-mediate" when one party will not budge and has already contacted their bank regarding the payment made for the purchase. I appreciate the Revdex.com letting us know that they will never ask a company to overturn a company policy. We consider this complaint closed.

I do NOT want a copy of my ad nor do I want to speak with anyone from this company about another ad or the ad that was supposed to run. I want my money back and no further contact with this company. We have found the error in our system and have notified American Express to return the funds to our customer. We have also reached out to the customer to allow them to voice their concerns. We do apologize for the issues they have dealt with. We consider this complaint closed.

email stating that one has been processed. Until I receive the full amount of $496.42 Canadian, this complaint will remain open. Please note that the business did not accept responsibility for the attempted second charge on m y credit card, which couldn't go through as my card had reached it's limit, was for advertising that they no longer had a contract for. They also didn't have written authorization from me to charge my credit card a second time.
Please let me know when I should expect my refund.

The contract that this customer approved on August 17th was cancelled August 24th. The refund receipt is attached to this response. He was notified by phone August 24th. We have also verified that we have valid contracts with all golf courses his ads were to be featured at. We consider this complaint closed.

done. I was not informed about a no cancellation or refund policy. I can't believe this is how they run their operations. i was told if I disputed dispute the charges they would dispute that Beware of doing business with this company!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:A representative by the name of Justin called me today from bench craft. I let him know my displeasure with his company and the incomplete service they provided to me. He instantly became verbally abusive and threatened me with extortion. I proceeded to end the conversation with him because I did not want to be bullied with his scare tactics anymore. I am still very upset with the service they provided and would like a complete refund. In the future I will not do business with them and I will tell others as well of the unprofessional experience I had with this advertising company.
We attempted to speak to this customer to address his concerns. The phone call was abruptly disconnected. It is unfortunate that the situation has been put in his banks hands thus tying our hands. We consider this complaint closed.

This customer disputed the charge with their bank, the funds were returned to the customer and the account was cancelled on 9/10/2015.
