We have made multiple attempts to contact this customer regarding their concerns. We have not received a return phone call. The proof was completed in early April and mailed to the address on file. We have sent their proof via email as well. If the customer has any further questions and or concerns....

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is the same canned response company gives everyone. This is why I refuse to speak to them on the phone. I was promised one thing which proved to be wrong, so I canceled the order. They know I paid with my credit card. If they are such a large business, why are they using disposable gmail email addresses to conduct all their business? Why do they have such a horrible record of how they handle business? The golf courses would never complain because they are getting a free product. It's the small business owners who suffer by their business tactics. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF $375. That's it. Give me a refund and I will go away. I will accept a company check as I do not trust this company enough to give them my new credit card number. There are even reviews of this company being ordered by a court to give a refund and then they send collection agencies after the businesses who they lost to in court. They are extremely dishonest and should be investigated by the state's IG.

contact me anymore falsely representing golf courses.  Do not contact me and tell me I need to contact you to close my account I do not owe you anything I did not sign any contracts with you.

This customer disputed the charge with their bank, the funds were returned and the account was cancelled on 11/2/2015.

We have contacted this customer. He confirmed that he as verified that we have a valid contract with the host golf course that his ad was to featured at. We have also addressed and resolved his concerns.

message online under my Complaint, but it wouldn't let me. I was waiting to see the credit on our credit card statement before I responded to ya'll. After 6 business days, it finally showed up. So, you can change the complaint to "Closed-Business responded and is satisfied." Thank you, [redacted]

This Company has Stolen 400.00 from my Child Support Credit Card saying that they had spoke with me about advertising "my business" with them for a business that does not exist and that I have never heard of I have contacted them a number of times about refunding the money they illegally took from my credit card and have proven to them that I am not who they have spoke with Ect. And they still refuse to refund money that they took! I am not the first person that that have done with to..
