Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting for proofs/ actual materials/ score cards/ course guide with my ads. I also want in writing once I have the score cards/ full bench /bench T/ course guide materials to find out how long my contract will run  since I have lost almost 1 year of advertising on a course that was shut down for renovations. Sincerely,[redacted]

response because: Talking to them on the phone is a waste of time. They just give you the run around and tell you they don't cancel orders. I was lied to by salesman and have emails to prove it. This company conducts business through disposable gmail accounts. Email from sales person stated they were selling me a booklet scorecard ad. They said the golf course was moving from a score card to a booklet scorecard that showed all the holes with information. I contacted the golf course and they said this was untrue. I emailed the salesman back and he said he no longer worked for company, but as far as he knew, they were moving to a scorecard booklet. I was lied to and do not want to do business with this company, especially after speaking with a few of the managers. I've never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. I will not be answering phone calls from them since there is no record of what they tell me on the phone. We can communicate through Revdex.com.mSincerely,[redacted]

We have addressed the confusion with the customer and have come to an amicable resolution. We were told that he is attempting to rescind this complaint. We consider the complaint closed.

I received one phone call yesterday, and have not had a chance to respond to it. We did receive the paperwork for the refund, as I stated in the correspondence with Tyler. We received the booklet with our ad ear-marked. The ads were the wrong artwork AGAIN and STILL in the incorrect places, and we feel that the company has not met their requirements of the contract we signed in January 2015. The business service has been unprofessional, and a complete nightmare in getting any sort of action to take place (multiple contacts on MY part to get things taken care of). I emailed Tyler requesting a full refund of all of our expenses ($1,190) and termination of the contract. This is an acceptable resolution, all things considered.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have addressed this customers concerns with him directly. It has been confirmed that his sign has been delivered to the golf course. We consider this complaint closed.

It has been noted in our database that this customer, from 2012 that has purchased 1 ad from us and has never renewed, is not to be contacted to purchase from our company. There will not be any renewal calls from our representatives that have access to our customer database. There are however...

sales reps within our 10 offices across the country that do not have access to this database and are simply cold calling local businesses in the areas around host golf courses that we provide products for. As a business, we also receive sales calls daily and simply decline their offer if we are not interested. We ask that you do the same. We consider this complaint closed.
