This customer referenced a "re-mediation" attempt during the last phone conversationIt is difficult to find a resolution or "re-mediate" when one party will not budge and has already contacted their bank regarding the payment made for the purchaseI appreciate the Revdex.com letting us know that they will never ask a company to overturn a company policyWe consider this complaint closed

This customer disputed the charge with their bank, the funds were returned and the account was cancelled on 11/2/

Why do they have such a horrible record of how they handle business? The golf courses would never complain because they are getting a free productIt's the small business owners who suffer by their business tacticsI WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF $That's itGive me a refund and I will go awayI will accept a company check as I do not trust this company enough to give them my new credit card numberThere are even reviews of this company being ordered by a court to give a refund and then they send collection agencies after the businesses who they lost to in courtThey are extremely dishonest and should be investigated by the state's IG Sincerely, [redacted]
