I received a partial refund for 2 ads Bench Craft never produced in the amount of $375.
 
I am also asking for a full refund of the 1st ad that I paid $495 for up-front. Bench Craft voided their contract by not producing the ad within the allotted 120 days.

The course guide for Sanford Municipal was mailed out on 4/29 to our customer. We did confirm that it was delivered by our customer on 5/2/2016 at 10:10am. Per our customer's request we have not attempted to contact him via phone & because the ad at Sanford Municipal was printed and we mailed...

company not call me again to solicit advertising.  I will be following up at the appropriate places to make sure that what we discussed will be what I am given.

But the matter will still be addressed with both golf courses, one has already been contacted,  so they can be aware of the attempts to double bill and the harassment by Bench Craft. This type of fraud leaves a negative impression of the courses and they need to be made aware of it. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: by contract Bench Craft had 120 days from 9/10/15 to produce my ad.  They failed to produce the ad (1 guide & 2 cards) in the alloted time, this is breach of contract. They said, Feb 2016, that they mailed me copies of the score cards. I never received the cards becaue they were never printed. They lied about the cards being printed and now, 9 months later they have finally produced a golfguide. There isn't a printed date on the guide. I have no way of knowing when the guide was printed.  Since they lied about the cards being printed I don't trust they produced the guide on time.  They had 120 days by THEIR contract. They took my money and did not fulfill the contract.  I want a full refund for breach of contract. Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted], the purpose of contacting you is to address your concerns. We have been in business for 34 years and have over 300 employees. If a representative misrepresented one of the many products that we are contracted to provide to over 3,000 golf courses within the United States and Canada we would like to know about it and handle the situation accordingly. This would likely result in a full reimbursement to you. That is the resolution you have asked for. Unfortunately without speaking to you to get more details as to what happened and to also have you provide the payment information you would like reimbursed, there is not a whole lot we can do for you. You said you have been given the run around, but I can not see any phone calls from you to our customer service department here at the corporate office. You are a business owner. If one of your customers was upset about the flowers you sold them but refused to talk to you about it to explain their dissatisfaction or even to provide payment information to reimburse, I am sure you would handle the situation as we are. Once again we are asking you to contact our customer service department at 1-800-824-8311. My apologies to the Revdex.com for having your time wasted. After speaking to you regarding a customer that will not communicate with us directly we understand that you will be closing this complaint.
