We have contacted the customer and went through their account details.  We are sending out the finished product to the customer today. We consider this complaint closed.

We would first like to thank the Revdex.com for your help earlier to discuss this complaint and any complaint with which the customer will not be satisfied regardless of the fulfillment of the contract.  It is recognized that it may be impossible to make every customer happy regardless of the effort we put in.
This will be our final response. As Ms. [redacted] states, our contracts give us an approximate 120 day delivery time frame in order to produce and deliver the finished product to the host golf course containing the businesses advertisement.  In this case we have fulfilled that requirement on Ms. [redacted] first contract and have sent her the tracking information from a 3rd party to verify the delivery. Her second contract that was not fulfilled has been reimbursed in full. Thank you for closing this complaint as answered.

We have attempted to contact the customer several times and have received no response. We sent an overnight package with a copy of her printed product on 9/11/15 to the address we have on file. Since we have yet to hear a response from the customer, we consider this complaint closed.

We have reviewed this customer's account. 2 ads were purchased for $395 each. The customer chose not to pay in full at the time of sale, but to pay $200 down on each advertisement. The balance owed was $195 on each ad.  A proof was created within 30 days and after review of the proof...

an update was requested by the customer. The update was done and the proof approved. During a phone call in June regarding the balance owed on each account, one of his balances was written off and the other balance was paid. Making the total amount paid $595. We have confirmed that the ads were delivered to the golf courses and are in circulation. After a conversation with the customer following this complaint we have refund a portion of the money paid due to his dissatisfaction. The customer now has both ads in circulation for a total of $400. We consider this a fair resolution and this complaint closed.
