We were totally impressed with the crew from Best Price Moving And Storage. The service was exceptional - punctual, careful with our things and the floors and walls, worked hard and reasonable rates. It's been a pleasure to deal with this hardworking crew. They tried their best to relocate us safe and quick. The price was discussed prior to start moving and we paid exactly what we've agreed. Our crew of three movers did wonders! Their skills impressed us very much. We want to thank Best Price Moving And Storage staff for their operative and organized service, for being honest and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The Movers that delivered our stuff told us we had 30 days from delivery, but that is not my issue. My Issue Is That We Have Not Received ANY Compensation From Our Claim. That as stated Before we Already sent it in, in the 30 day time frame the movers gave us. (Weather it was correct or not) So to sum up:
-Claim has been submitted
- We have tried to contact regarding the claim and have been ignored
-We are Waiting On Our Payout From Our Claim.

We contacted the customer and apologized for the delay with the payment. She was sent a check that she received right away.

Best Price's team took less than 10 minutes to shrinkwrap and remove down the angled stairs a china cabinet we had struggled with for over an hour. We recently had problems with movers arriving late or not at all so this whole experience was quite refreshing.
Would recommend and use again.

Customer booked a move with us on 07/27. Our company scheduled her for a pick on 07/31 but when we called to confirm the schedule with her she said she had cancelled the move and did a chargeback for her booking deposit.

We moved a rather cluttered five bedroom home in a day. The guys from Best Price protected the floors at both homes, and just kept going until it was done. I can't say enough about them.

The customer filed a claim for lost and damaged items and a check was mailed to her for the settled amount. We advise the customer to carefully read the full and final settlement signed because continuing with the complaint is breaking her agreement.

We are very sorry the customer was not satisfied with our services but the information he provided is not correct. customer stated. We are aware that once the delivery was finalized the truck was stuck in front of the customer's residence due to the engine not starting. That was out of the driver's control so he had to call for a towing company to assist him. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For this second weighing the customer's presence is actually mandatory otherwise it does not get done and the customer's charges remain valid from the original numbers. The customer's father who is in contact with us as far as the delivery is concerned said they do not need a second weighing and they are ok with the balance. The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow so the customer still has time to change their mind and request a re-weigh. As far as charging the customer a higher rate that was rectified. It was a system error and the balance was adjusted down.

We hired Best Price's team for a move from a 3 story townhouse to a 3 story semi. The team was on time, scoped out the move and the locations and the move went spotlessly!
In the last 5 years, my wife and I have moved 5 times and this was by far the best experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving!

We had a great experience with Best Price Moving & Storage.
We had an across country move and we took our entire household goods with us. We had Persian rugs, antiques, dishes, glass wear; every type of item possible. Our things were picked up on time, delivered in the estimated period, and not one single item was lost, misplaced, or damaged.

From start to finish the process was extremely thorough. I never felt concerned about my belongings. And the guys that picked up the furniture and dropped it off were all polite and personable and showed care towards my items.
The communication was also great. Knowing how many customers they work with at a given time, I really appreciated this. Will recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Despite having to change a few details here and there between booking and final move day, and despite the fact that nobody did an initial walkthrough to provide an estimate, the price quoted was basically the price charged. The two movers showed up on time, displayed professional work ethic, and were extremely careful with our stuff.
I would hire these folks again for sure.

This guys were great to work with. Every member of the staff was very professional and helpful. We needed to move quickly because we had a short close time, and found these guys in the yellow pages. We also called some other companies, but they were unable to schedule us last minute for the upcoming weekend or had not as solid reviews. We were happy that we went with them, as they were solid workers and finished the whole move on time and with a great rate.

We have contacted the customer and went over all the issues. After a few adjustments  we came to an agreement and the customer was satisfied with the end result. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once the schedule is ready someone from our dispatcher's office will contact the customer to let her know the truck is in route and after that the driver will contact her 24 hrs prior to delivery. Our schedules can change several times in a day, which is way we can only provide the customer with information once we are sure the information is correct and the customer's items are in route.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause the customer and want her to know we are doing the best that we can to get everyone delivered in a timely manner.

I have moved a lot in the past, but this really was the best moving experience I've ever had. Best Price Moving and Storage team moved my mom's one-bedroom condo. They provided a very reasonable estimate with guaranteed price and were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They wrapped the furniture well -- even a very unique and difficult table! -- and got everything safely to the new place in good time. Moving is always stressful, but if you want it to go as smoothly as possible, don't hesitate to call these guys. If I am moving anytime in the future-I will definitely be using this company again!

This is the worst business to deal with in your lifetime. We used their service a year back and we still facing issues from and I will never forget the nightmare they gave me. We had the worst experience of our life hiring best price moving for our move from IL to ATL. They are very kind and friendly before getting your business and once you hire them you are dealing with totally different people. The people you initially deal with false promises and you will never get a chance to even talk to them. They promised to inform a day ahead before delivery instead they called me on the morning of the delivery when I was not available in town (Driver's cant speak English and that is the last thing you want expect from a moving company). I requested my apartment management to grant access to driver to deliver goods which is a huge mistake. They demanded for 300$ extra payment than what we agreed to deliver the goods which we paid over the phone. Once I was back to my apartment the next morning it is totally a mess. They have scattered all the boxes in the living room damaging my sofa, microwave, glass table etc.. and several items undelivered and lost until now.
They never replied my calls or email regarding the lost items.
I request you to avoid this business at any cost.
Some people at BP Moving I came across who are arrogant and dis-respectful to their customers.

great attitude, strong lads working in a measured way

three lads arrived on time, protected the floors in a heritage listed home, moved everything down the street, unloaded, assembled and removed all garbage
no complaints. no damage. very respectful and hardworking.
they even helped move furniture around to get the right location.
