issue with the pick up crew. As far as the delivery time is concerned, the customer was delivered this week on august 13. The customer did have an estimated delivery window which ended on august 6, but that was not a guarantee. Although delivery windows are just estimates, we always compensate the customers for every business day they are delivered outside of the window. In this case the compensation would be $120 (4 business days@ $30/day/contract). We advise the customer to contact us so we may send them a check.
Again, we apologize for any inconveniences.

They moved a set of bedroom furniture, desk and chair, lamps, and several boxes of kitchen & personal items from a 3rd floor apartment to the second floor of a private home. The distance of the move was about 20 km and the entire process took less than 4 hours. The movers were very professional and took excellent care of protecting the pieces they were moving. I couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely use this company again!

I have used Best Price twice to move a small office. Their quote system is very efficient, and the follow up very prompt. The cheerful crew showed up on time, and were quick to get to work and quick to finish. Nothing was damaged and no walls or door frames were nicked. In both cases, the final bill was below the initial estimate. Will hire again in the future.

Thanks to Best Price's team. We decided to use Best Price based on the excellent reviews online. We were not disappointed. It was our first time using professional movers. They arrived on time as per scheduled. They were quick (took close to 4 hours to complete the move) and very attentive to all our requests. When the move was completed (at about 6pm), they even proposed to assemble some of our furniture which he did free of charge. We definitely recommend Best Price to all other people.

This was the first time my family had used professional movers to help with a residential move and we were a bit nervous. From the first interaction, Best Price Moving And Storage set our minds at ease. I always got all my questions answered, whenever calling my representative at the reservations department. On the day of the move, the team showed up right at 9am as scheduled. They got to work and efficiently packed up my entire house, wrapping furniture, dismantling bed frames, etc. They took great care of everything, continuously asked for my feedback on what they were doing and wouldn't let me lift a finger! Once at my new home, they were very careful while unloading our belongings and put everything in its place. Nothing was broken, nothing is missing and I think it was a very successful move, thanks to the team at Best Price Moving And Storage!!

We used Best Price for the second time and we have no any complains or special requests. Personally, I liked that they are really flexible and opened. They actually have fulfilled all of our requests ( in particular, we wanted to start our moving at 6 a.m.) Their prices are like everywhere else and the quality I would describe as very good. I am reje*ting this response be*ause: Due to the lie I was told about the shipment date, And due to the fa*t I had already lost $1000 worth of days work and due to the su*h short noti*e I had no other options with a moving *ompany to deliver my furniture within the time frame. I was *ompletely stu*k. In addition I had to be out of my apartment by the 29 of O*tober and it was already the 30th and my landlord was not allowing me any more time. The business transa*tion was stressful, manipulative, misleading and a flat out lie. The $100 *ompensation was a temporary monetary suggestion given by the *ompany that I never asked for and didn't initially want. I wanted the refund from the booking *ompany who revived a *ommission of $500 based off a GUARANTEED DATE that they repeatedly promised would be set in stone and if I signed with them they guaranteed the pi*k up date of O*tober 29. They *ompletely lied to me to get my business. Period. I NEVER WOULD HAVE GIVEN MY BUSINESS HAD THEY BEEN TRUTHFUL  ABOUT THE TIMEFRAME I requested and  THEY KNEW THAT THEY *OULD NOT MEET.

I first hired Best Price for a last minute delivery of something I bought on [redacted]. The experience was great so I hired them again for our most recent move which was much bigger and more complicated as it involved the amalgamation of 2 homes. Again, the team provided excellent service - they were friendly, efficient, respectful and fair. I have had horrible experiences with crooked moving companies in the past and it is a relief to have found a company I can trust. I will now call Best Price for all my moves - big and small.

I do not accept the response from the Company. How come I called everyday for a week straight starting with the day after delivery leaving messages each time for Mary and I still have not received a return call from her. It goes right to her voice mail. Once they have your phone number they ignore you if you have a complaint but they sure are quick to sell you on their company and take the deposit, next payment due at pickup and they insist on being paid in cssh at the time of delivery. They are a dishonest company who preys on honest people. I would like Mary or someone from the company to at least return my call and discuss the over charge with me. I have started my claim with Anthem for the full amount of items damaged due to their horrendous moving staff. I have also contacted the State Attorney General Office in Illinois and Pennsylvania.

The company is super fast at answering your calls and accepting your money. As previously stated in the complaint, upon delivery of the goods and examining them. I immediately called the next day and every day for a week. My phone call went right into Mary's voice mail and I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone at the company. It has been six weeks. My claim package has been delivered to the company for a week now and still no communication. When I initially called the phone was answered by the second ring and when I called back with questions, again the phone was answered quickly. But when a complaint is leveled at this company they dodge the calls. It is unacceptable the way they handled the outrageous damage done to my furniture. Stand up and admit and make good on the damages. I will tell everyone to not deal with this horrendous company ever again.

Lisa [redacted]Your movers charged me 750. dollars more on the day of the move.  They had me sign papers when everything was loaded on the truck.  Upon delivery and while unpacking I checked off all of the boxes that came in.  There were at least 10 boxes that had 3 numbers on them.  Check your paperwork and you will see there are many bogus boxes that the mover added to charge more.  You just didnt think I would check.  I am filing a claim and then taking you to court.  Thank you, Lisa [redacted]

I had a lot of stuff, and a long move day ahead. They did it in less time than expected, with prompt, efficient and curteous service. Nothing was damed or lost.I recommend them.

The Crew arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and Strong. The booking representative made the booking process easy, and gave me an accurate estimate. Would use again.

I am dealing with [redacted] as well, but this company was in contact with me directly, about this move, and I am getting the runaround from [redacted] as well. It was Best Price that picked up my merchandise and Best Price that stored it, and Best price that moved it to Wyoming...so, it is Best Price that is liable for the damage, and responsible for the service. I understand [redacted] is the broker, however, Best Price provided the actual service, and did the damage, and are the ones who also failed to provide the FULL service promised in my contract. [redacted] CONTRACTS with this company, they do not actually provide any physical services. Best price also breached the original delivery date of March 20, 2015, refusing to deliver my merchandise, stating they "couldn't afford to", because our load weighed less than the original estimate, even though they kept all of the money that had already been paid up front. That delivery date was set on the 16th of March, and on the 19th of March, I was notified by BEST PRICE that the truck that was going to be in Wyoming on the 20th, would not be delivering to us, for that reason.

"Best Price Moving and Storage" is the best company for moving stuffs safely from my experience. The movers are well skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Even their professionalism left me pleased. My experience with this moving company is terrific. I hired them a couple of times, and every time they did their best. They never damaged my stuffs which are exceptional. They are safe movers and reliable to deal with.

The guys were very professional and the move was flawless. I'm so impressed with this company and their customer service, I'd definitely recommend!

Am very glad I went with Best Price Moving. Not only was my coordinator fantastic, but my movers were courteous, friendly and professional.
I had a move that could have been very difficult for everyone (3rd floor of a walk-up, so furniture and boxes had to be moved down 3 double flights of stairs).
My coordinator made sure that the movers were well aware of the situation, so everything went smoothly.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our crew of 4 arrived on time and with a smile. They walked through what I wanted moved and what I wanted to stay in the house, and immediately set to work. They were quick, efficient and careful, and were great fun to work with. I appreciated the level of care they took with wrapping items and moving carefully through doorways to ensure nothing was damaged. They put down runners to protect my new floor and gave me suggestions on what we should (and shouldn't) move on to the new floors to avoid damage. I plan to call them again to move the rest of my furniture before we close. Thanks for making the dreaded process of moving fun!

We have used Best Price several times. Each time they have been on-time, friendly and careful. Everything is always packed and moved carefully. Never any damage or lost items. We will continue to use Best Price for all of our moves and highly recommend them.
