I had interviewed a number of moving companies prior to contacting best price moving and storage. I had been incredibly frustrated with those experiences: a couple of companies did not return my calls, one company was just not listening to what I wanted and one company rescheduled, did not show up and then showed up late. When the representative from best price came, he was on time, compassionate, professional and knew his stuff!! From that moment, I was not disappointed with the services provided. There were a couple of minor damages in the move, but those were addressed and resolved punctually.Their cost was comparable to other companies. This was a tough move and best price made the physical part of the move less stressful. Thank you to the entire team that cared for us during our move!!

Last year, I got a promotion along with a job transfer from Chicago to Portland and moving seemed to be the most dreaded part of it. I looked for some online reviews for good moving companies in my area and found positive ones for the company called Best Price Moving. That was how I took them up and I am glad I did, because I am sure that I wouldn’t have found anything better anywhere else. They handled all aspects of moving with great professionalism and understanding and their experience showed through their impeccable service. The representative was with us all the way, right from the packing from our old home to unpacking and setting the stuff at the new place. They were so good at the job that not even a single thing was damaged in transit and their punctuality is equally appreciable. I don’t think any other company would have done such a good job for me. Moreover, these excellent services from Best Price Moving fitted right within my pocket. I have already recommended their name to a few friends and many of them have already availed their services to complete satisfaction. Keep doing the great job, Best Price Moving!

It was a wonderful experience with Best Price Moving & Storage. When I was looking to hire professional movers that time I saw their name on a website and also saw some very positive reviews. That is why I called them and they too offered me a very attractive deal. So, I hired them and to be honest now I believe that hiring Best Price Moving & Storage was a great decision because they gave me the best possible move within my budget. They have acted according to the requirements, followed the checklist and did everything right. I am very happy with them and I am sure that I will be hiring them in future.

[redacted] company. driver harassed me while trying to convert me to [redacted] while his [redacted] worker from [redacted] did all the hard work/heavy lifting/moving etc. Refused to allow me to decide where to put my things saying "You only have one shot at this (where they put things down in what room) even if it meant there was no room in the room to put anything else. three weeks late with our belongings ! Three days early with our belongings hence they shoved all our things into some storage facility over 500 miles from our destination and refused to tell us where it was so we could go pick it up. BPM insinuated our things in "storage" were in the city where we moved to but they were not. They took off all protective tape/blankets etc when they put our things in "storage" 500 miles away and when we FINALLY THREE WEEKS LATE got our stuff many items broken, damaged and very VERY dirty. Items showed up with NO blankets or tape/plastic except mattresses which were worn through the plastic on corners, torn and dirty. customer service was HORRIBLE. One lady hung up on me when I continued to demand to know where our things where and why they would not tell me where they put our stuff into storage at and when we would get our things delivered. We had to sleep on the floor for nearly a month due to their bad delivery / travel practices. They also forced us into a "Binding Agreement" for MORE than what we agreed upon by the BROKER who is also scandalous in practices. Their insurance is also a fraud/scam and we were not allowed to purchase more upon pick up hence our damages are paid out if we take photos and the company agrees (mymoveclaim.com) that we need reimbursement at SIXTY CENTS A POUND for damages. Seriously, this company needs to be shut down. This was one of the worst customer services I have ever received in my entire life. Here is a formal complaint letter I filed with the company. They did give a small amount of money back in attempt to save grace which would not have even covered professionally cleaning for the mess they created !!!!

I have only had headaches from this particular move. The pick up went okay, however I was made false promises that I would not have to leave work for the pick up and ended up missing 3 hours of work on Oct. 30th. The men were polite not careless but not exactly careful with my belongings either. They chose to pack two of the now damaged items together in the same furniture blanket. I mentioned that didn't seem like a good idea because it would cause them to bang together. (both drawers are completely destroyed from this move) The drawers are both broken into themselves.

My stuff arrived in a timely fashion to FL from IL. However, I was expecting a call the day before now a call the morning of may not be terrible just not very good planning nor service. The call however I received was before 8am which I feel is grossly disrespectful to me as a client. As a sales person I would never contact a client that early unless they requested to be. Then the driver preceded to argue with me and be rather disrespectful in the phone conversation. I asked a simple question weather I could call the main office to pay with credit card. This I feel is a question he should know the answer to, yet preceded to argue incessantly with me that no I could not and was demanding cash or a type of check which I have never heard of only which I feel is not appropriate. The fact he was insisting on cash makes me feel this driver makes unethical practices with said cash.

Finally around 10:30am I was able to speak with the office and make the payment over the phone to them. It is agreed he will be there Nov. 14th in the afternoon. However I was never given a time frame for this which meant I was stuck at my house waiting around. This was very unproductive for me because I had several errands that I could have done if I had been given a time slot especially since I moved from a different state! Around 3:30-4 the driver calls and try's to cancel on me saying he will not deliver my stuff until the Next morning! At this point I had already waited around my house for well over 6hours unsure of when the driver may show up. I had to work a double the next day making it impossible for me to accept this delivery.

Mary from Best Price dispatch however, did speak with this driver and told him he had to delivery my stuff thankfully.

The driver showed up around 5:30 I believe. From here it seemed that most things greatly went downhill. I went out to greet the driver and attempted to give a simple suggestion on direction for him. ALL HE DID WAS ARGUE with me and the other gentleman with him! He had not passed the house but was easy for him to turn at the next stop sign and street so he could turn on the side street by my Unit in the house. NO he argued pointlessly and preceded to back the semi up! Now I have actually been a passenger in a semi I have never witnessed someone with that much difficulties preforming that task! He blocked traffic, and he would not listen to the gentleman with him at all even though he was attempting to help him. I genuinely felt sorry for the poor guy helping him.

Finally they started to unload my items. To my utter astonishment and disbelief they set allllll of my belongings on the GROUND!!!! No I do not have a paved driveway they set everything in the DIRT! I find that absolutely unacceptable! Thankfully the gentleman in the unit below mine was not home because they blocked his front door with my stuff. The guy continued to be less than pleasant and increasingly difficult. He then was Yelling at an elderly neighbor about the fact he was BLOCKING her driveway. I was embarrassed by his behavior to my neighbors I have not even meet yet.

I attempted to make suggestions on a clear path to my room through the wider of two doorways AND again this man continued to attempt to infuriate me and argue more over common sense issues! Finally stuff is actually being brought into my home; INCLUDING a ton of dirt from outside. My roommate and I had swept and moped the previous day. The floors are now extraordinarily filthy from this detail as well. When the drawers were unwrapped and discovered to be broken the helper gentleman was apologetic and asked kindly what I wished to have done. The other guy however preceded to tell me "WHAT DO YOU EXECPT YOU BOUGHT CHEAP FURNITURE OF COURSE IT IS GOING TO BREAK" I found this absolutely appalling behavior. It doesn't matter, I paid for my items to be delivered not broken.

The other guy with him did attempt to help with the T.V. stand however we discovered to our dismay that the pole inside was broken which made it unstable and rendered it useless as well. After their departure I did discover that they did not take the wrapping trash with them but had thrown it on the ground, next to the trash receptacles outside. I find that very disrespectful as I have with most of my experience from the delivery of my items. Lastly, I did miss this at time of delivery due to how incredible upset I was with the service and lack of respect to myself, fellow neighbors, and my belongings but one box was missing upon arrival.

For your own sanity and safety of your personal belongings I highly recommend never using this service.

This company is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend that you contact the owner, who came to assess our move, provided a very detailed estimate, planned the logistics and executed the entire move with no issues or surprises .
On moving day we had seven friendly movers who moved our 4.000 sqft home last week-end. The team of movers were outstanding! They were very careful with every single piece, from dismantling, to wrapping and protecting the furniture for the move, and finally helping stage our new home.

I could not be happier with my movers. He and 2 other guys helped me with my move. They were great! Fast and efficient and they were even a pleasure speaking to! Thank you!!!

I don't understand why I can't just send new replacement receipts like I did with my bed frame, however, I will now follow the process as directed. We just used Best Price Moving & Storage to move us for the second time, and they were brilliant yet again. The guys were super efficient and even though the delivery window was pretty big-it arrived relatively fast. Nothing was broken and every care was taken in moving the furniture so that it didn't damage any walls, flooring or carpet. I recommend these guys to all my friends and so far they have been super happy too!

I found out about [redacted] movers from a friend of mine. His company been using this movers frequently for corporate moving. I liked that they gave me an estimation very quick, without hide- and seek. They're able to transported the two of our motorcycles and two canoe (I was thinking that I'll have to do it separately). The moving team was excellent, very gentle with our stuff. They did a fantastic job packaging our items for us (no breaking stuff though). Excellent service for a good price - what could be better!

We had a good experience with this company. The representative explained clearly the pricing, the issue of delivery time and all parts of the contract. The movers treated us (and our furniture) with amazing respect. They were so friendly and understanding. They called me the day before to arrange the time frame. No damage to our goods or to our old and new homes. They rolled out runners and took great care to not drag things on the hard wood floors.
I give four stars out of five because I feel that the whole process could have been faster, yet I would still recommend using the company

When I originally agreed to go with the company I was told 3-5 days for me to get my stuff. When they showed up and began loading my items into their truck I was then told 1-2 weeks. When two weeks passed * was then told 3 weeks.
The time was constantly changed and I had to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks and I had to buy clothes because my dress clothes were packed on the truck since I was told 3-5 days in the beginning.

These guys were great. I called him with a last minute job and he put a crew together. I even had a second truck which didn't add to the base cost of the move. The crew were fast and great with my belongings, and they worked hard to make sure that we didn't go over the time I had payed them for. I will definitely use these guys next time I have to move.
