The move I had on Saturday went very well. He and his crew were awesome, and they were very efficient with the move. I appreciate everything that Best Price Moving and Storage and their great movers did for my move.

great experience with this company. they were fast, careful, efficient and very enjoyable to deal with -- helped me reduce stress during the move, put furniture together and offered advice. and very reasonably priced. the best movers i've used, for sure.

This business offered me .60 per pound which would be less than $20 for over $500 in lost merchandise. They will not return emails, or phone calls, and routinely hang up on me and other customers based on other complaints I have read. I completely refuse their "offer" and demand retribution for my time and property that they have lost or stolen.

This complaint has not been resolved, their resolution was for me to pay an arbitration firm $150 and they would have to pay the firm the same amount. I would actually settle for this amount, but this is simply a ploy because most people will not pay this fee, and this company knows that.

The crew was incredibly efficient and careful with our move. Our new construction home was delayed multiple times and Best Price people were very accommodating of our changing schedule. They were on time and provided excellent service. They did not charge for any extras or hidden costs. Was charged exactly as the Quote. Thanks for making moving a little less stressful. I will use Best Price Moving and storage again and recommend them to anyone considering a move.

The customer is correct about the truck breaking down several times and we apologize for the inconvenience but it was not something under our control. Even with the delay caused by the truck malfunctioning the customer was still delivered within the delivery window that was given to him (10 business...

days from the first available date for delivery). The customer was ready for delivery as of 10/27 and he was delivered on 11/08. The driver requested payment prior to offloading because that is part of the customer's contract. It is not a decision he made on his own. As far as the driver wanting to move back to his original country that is private information that we will not discuss. But please know that all drivers are background checked and they are all driving legally obeying all federal and state laws.

This was my first time hiring movers and it was well worth the money! I would hire Best Price Moving and Storage again in IL!!! Thank you for the Great Service!!

I am dealing with [redacted] as well, but this company was in contact with me directly, about this move, and I am getting the runaround from [redacted] as well. It was Best Price that picked up my merchandise and Best Price that stored it, and Best price that moved it to Wyoming...so, it is Best Price that is liable for the damage, and responsible for the service. I understand [redacted] is the broker, however, Best Price provided the actual service, and did the damage, and are the ones who also failed to provide the FULL service promised in my contract. [redacted] CONTRACTS with this company, they do not actually provide any physical services. Best price also breached the original delivery date of March 20, 2015, refusing to deliver my merchandise, stating they "couldn't afford to", because our load weighed less than the original estimate, even though they kept all of the money that had already been paid up front. That delivery date was set on the 16th of March, and on the 19th of March, I was notified by BEST PRICE that the truck that was going to be in Wyoming on the 20th, would not be delivering to us, for that reason.

We don't accept the response because it dose not answer any of our questions . We are asking for $2,000 dollars for the broken tv and the missing furniture. [redacted] Offered less than $200. I have called the number you suggested. They did not answer the phone I left them a message giving them my information three times very clearly and they have not gotten back to me .

Best Price Moving & Storage handled my move last month. We were moving a two bedroom house from Chicago to Trenton, as my wife and I wanted to be closer to the rest of the family. The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. I was provided with a fair, accurate quote of 1800$, which didn’t change. Everyone was terrific. My representative answered all my questions, and one time he was not in the office-the manager helped me instead. Absolutely no complaints. Not one item was broken and nothing was scratched. It was a stressful time but their professionalism and care of my belongings made it so much better. I would highly recommend their services for a move. Thank you Best Price!

I have moved with Best Price Moving & Storage twice now. I'd had some horror moves and then a friend recommended Best Price team. They were a breath of fresh air. One move was within the state - the other was from Michigan to Florida. What can I say? They were professional and friendly, they are head and shoulders beyond any moving company I've ever dealt with. The price that was given to be over the phone was exactly what I paid. My consultant and the movers were both polite and could answer all the questions I had. One point of improvement I would like to see is to be little more organized with the times of delivery

When I was told by my boss that I had to move from Chicago to Dallas and I had only two weeks’ time for that, it came as a shock to me and I was set into thinking how to carry out the necessary. My wife searched online and we finally agreed to hire Best Price Moving for doing the job for us, and we are glad that we made this decision. No one else could have handled it as well as Best Price Moving has done. These people showed genuine interest in the move right from the day 1 and were extremely patient and friendly in their attitude. They were attentive to every single detail and this is the reason why all out stuff was moved safely and in time to our new home. Best Price Moving is an expert in packaging and delivery of delicate items and this is the thing which really makes it a cut above the rest. They even helped us set our stuff at the destination, which made this experience a delightful one. Best Price Moving completely minimized our stress of moving to the new place and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that such unmatched services came right within our budget. This company is wonderful! They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and moved my things faster than I had expected them to! I unfortunately had a delay in getting the keys to my new place, and they had to wait, which I felt horrible about but they were great about it! I would definitely recommend this moving company!

We were really happy with their service. They were punctual and completed the move in a timely manor. The movers were so friendly it made the stress of moving a lot easier. Before they left they even built our baby crib and shoveled our pathway. They went out of their way to be accommodating and it made the move so much easier. It is our second time using them and we will definitely be using them again.

I am in the process of submitting the claim now and have documented everything extensively. However the issue I have is that their policy states only 60 cents per pound will be insured. Normally this is acceptable and I would be okay with the consequences, however in this case I want the full reimbursement of the TV as it is clear there was negligent mishandling of my goods and therefore I am entitled to a replacement or reimbursement of equal or greater value. There is no way the TV could have been damaged to that extent with the packaging it was in and with careful handling. It would take a great amount of effort and force to damage the TV screen in the way it was and that is evident that someone either dropped the TV from a large distance or something was dropped on it with a lot of force. It was definitely not handled as a fragile valuable item as I had clearly labeled it and told Best Price. Until this issue is resolved (and I do not expect the claim to be settled anytime soon) I will continue to pursue this case and will resort to small claims court if the claim from Anthem is unreasonable. I just want a fair reimbursement for my family's losses.
