After our final inventory count it appears there are some items unaccounted forThere was a plastic bag full of various men' watches dating back to the 1930'sAmong these were Benrus, Bulova, *** that needed wrist bands or repairThe watch that stood out was a Benrus with a cracked raised square crystal and a heart in the center and inscription on the back that read "To *** *** Mom and Dad"This was my Confirmation gift from and is very dear to meAlso a Con-Air blow dryer and various Lladro figurines are missingIt is possible that during the chaos on moving day that someone missed a box and therefore wasn't tagged- therefore no record of noteI would like this investigated more thoroughly

Two of Best Price's employees came to our condo to do a move to a houseThe appointment was scheduled for 10am, but they arrived early because they wanted to make sure they missed traffic, which I was happy aboutTrevor and Bill were nice and courteous when meeting them and throughout the moveThey were careful with our belongings when moving out of the condo and got everything out of the door without issuesMoving into the house was a simliar experienceIf a label was not on the box, they asked us where we wanted itThey also rolled out their own carpet inside the house in the main portion as it was raining, so they didn't track water everywhereThe overall experience was excellent! Friendly people who did a great job, no complaints at all, highly recommended

We are very sorry that the customer was not satisfied with our servicesThe only raise in price came from the fact that she had lbs more than her original estimate (for which she has weight tickets) and $in packing materialsThe customer moved a bigger inventory than the inventory provided
when she booked the jobThe customer was delivered within her business days courtesy delivery window and well within the business days guaranteed by the contractThe driver could not finish reassembly as the police had to be called because of the customer's behaviorWe are still willing to compensate the customer for any items that were not reassembledAll she has to do is file a claim by going to www.mymoveclaim.com

I'm so glad that I chose Best Price for our recent move from bedroom apartment with small elevator to a duplex with stairsOn the day of the move, there was a blackout in our neighbourhood in the morning, and not only the elevator was not working, but also I was not sure when the electricity will come backI was terrifiedBut I was so assured when Best Price was so accommodating and the mover guys delayed their arriving time until the electricity was backI'm scared to think if I had chosen different company for such an unexpected situationOnce they arrived, they were so well equipped and efficient and the move completed in a shorter time than I expectedAnd I paid almost the same amount compare to our prior move years ago with a cheaper-sounding company that took longer than I expectedWith Best Price, we hired movers and they were all so friendly and took good care of all our belongingsThey paid a good attention to the label of each boxes and placed them all in the right roomsI will definitely use them again for our next moveHighly recommended

I was never offered a "guarantee delivery package" nor was I told about a delivery windowI was guaranteed delivery when I booked over the phone and again by the gentlemen that picked up my stuff for no later then TuesdayI received a call Sunday after filing this that my things would be delivered between 1-on Sunday 10/5/After pm I received another call that said they would arrive between 10-pmA friend I stayed up and waited no one arrivedNor did my neighbors ever see a moving truckI called today to be told that they do not know where my things are only that they are in storage somewhere and I will have to payThis is unacceptableLegal council and a police report is my next step

This is not acceptableI am paying the funds to the storage to get my thingsBut I was home 1-pm waiting for delivery as scheduledThen I was told they would not arrive until 10-pmThis is unacceptable because there is no way they could have unloaded my thing at this hour due to curfewI went out to dinner but was home by 7:The friend I was with can verify thisI was home watching the game the rest of the nightNo one knocked on my doorI looked outside around 9:to see if there was any activityMy neighbor was sitting outside, he had been out there for over a half hour and never seen a moving truck arriveI was up until PM then took a shower and went to bedAs for the photo it could have been taken at AM as far as I know and even if the moving truck arrived at PM they could not of moved in my things at that time due to curfewThough I do not believe that they were there at this timeI will be seeking a full refund for thisI have had to buy many items to get by and I am keeping each receipt

The driver contacted the customer when he arrived at the delivery addressHe called and texted the customer to let him know that he is outside waitingThe phone records and a screenshot of the driver's phone show us that he sent a message to the customer notifying him that he was waiting outside for over minutesThat message was sent around 9:pm and we can provide proof of that if required
We have done everything possible to deliver this customer as fast as possibleThe driver was there when he was supposed to and the customer was not present for the delivery

I am rejecting this response because:If I was not a customer of yours then why did I give you my credit card number Also, It was from your companythat contacted me for payment of the overage And it was your company that required me to provide proof of payment even though you already had a credit card authorizationIt was your company I dealt with during the entire move You always use another company to get the business then you take over and I guess no one is your customer

Great service, professional, efficientHighly recommended! The movers went above and beyond to make sure my office furniture was protected and moved securelyEven my precious, glass & crystal chandeliers

The move went great! I've never used professional movers before so I was a bit nervous, but the guys were very nice and worked quicklyNothing was damaged or scratched
I was also very happy with the final price -- well worth itI will definitely use them again in the future, and will recommend to friends
