Very easy to set up an appointment, he followed up with me several times to make sure everything was squared away up to the point of the move
The movers themselves were great, very fast and made sure all the furniture was protectedI'm especially grateful because we had some drama with the landlord at the drop-off location, and they remained patient and helpful through the entire experienceWill definitely use them again!

After countless attempts at answers, no one has EVER explained to me that it was a possibility or even the procedure on how to file a claim for delivery delay to get compensatedI would appreciate this info now - although it would've been great information to have several weeks ago during this whole headache process

The logistics coordinator was very knowledgeable and experienced and walked me through the estimate for making sure everything would fit in the truck for one tripThe packers/movers called ahead to let me know when they would arrive & got a 4BR house loaded in one day staying as long as necessary to get it doneThey were courteous & professional and spent the time to reassemble furniture and place it where I wanted it at the destination

I had a great job done by Best Price on a long weekendThey said it would take hours and that they would be at my house at 10am and they wereI can't tell you how stress free they made the moveI'll use their services again in about - months time without a dought

Your movers charged me dollars more on the day of the move They had me sign papers when everything was loaded on the truck Upon delivery and while unpacking I checked off all of the boxes that came in There were at least boxes that had numbers on them Check your paperwork and you will see there are many bogus boxes that the mover added to charge more You just didnt think I would check I am filing a claim and then taking you to court Thank you, Lisa ***

Fantastic! Needn't say anymore than that! Punctual, careful, hardworking, fast,...they actually provide the trifecta, Good, Cheap, and Fast!!! Normally you can only get two of the three, but Best Price does it all

This was the second time we've ever used movers and the first experience with different company was awful (broken items, scratches everywhere)So, you can imagine how reluctant we were to try movers againHowever, we had the polar opposite experience this timeWe were blown away by how careful the team was with everythingNot just the items themselves (they wrapped each item individually and thoroughly), but with the house(s)Narrow doorways were taped up and padded to prevent damageRugs and other floor mats were put downThey watched every corner, took care of every item as if it were their own

This is in response to your June 24, 2014, letter to me received today
I attempted to respond on-line, per your instructions, but the link did not work
There was no acknowledgement to me of my original claim submitted to Anthem Claim *anagement for Best Price * & SThey have had my correct mailing address on every document regarding this move - including my claim
On June 3, 2014, I was copied by Anthem's e-mail to BP*&S stating their claim that they had sent me a notice of receipt of my claim
On June 9, 2014, I received a "Release and Settlement of Claim" form from AnthemI followed their instructions and returned the acceptance form with my notarized signature to Anthem on June 9thThey stated that my check will be issued by BP*&S
To date, there has been no response to the above in any form
This matter has NOT been resolved

First time I used them and was very impressedEasy and quick to arrangeI did do it over the phone as I had a couple of questionsLovely personThey did the delivery and they were so cheerful and extra helpfulI am on my own so they put the legs on the bed and then put the valence sheet on for me before putting the mattress on the base and all done so cheerfullyI will be recommending them

They arrived with six workers and two trucks, as we agreed on, and they got right to workThey did a fantastic job in wrapping items with blankets and took great care of all of my itemsNo furniture was damaged and all items arrived in good shapeThe quote ended up much like the original, I ended up adding some items

The crew was very fast, efficient, and friendlyI only have positive things to say about these guys! I won't be using or recommending any other movers but these guysI learned my lesson!

WORST moving experience EVER! I feel like my items are being held hostage somewhere...are they really en-route to my new home? No one takes calls for a day then you finally get ahold of someone and they tell you "your items will be delivered today or tomorrow, we'll know more today." I've literally been told this timesMy stuff is almost days lateWhat a run around and a bunch of liars! How does anyone in good conscience even work for this company?
I know they sat in their storage facility for well over two weeksfear the condition of my things when and if they ever arriveHOW is this company an accredited by the Revdex.com??? Why do I have this nagging feeling I will also have to fight and deal with headaches to be re-imbursed for the severe lateness of my items and whatever else may be damagedThis company is causing me a lot of un-necessary stress and anxiety

They arrived on time and had a great attitudethey almost seemed thrilled to be moving a couchThe couch was well taken care of, and moved out of the house very efficiently

Both my wife and myself work full time and as such, were extremely stressed about moving dayThe most important attribute that we noted about our movers is that they were punctual, polite, calm and most importantly, extremely organized which was crucial since we completely underestimated how much stuff we were movingNot a single time did we feel that things were getting out of hand, our debilitating moving day stress levels plummeted from the first minute they were in our house which in my mind is priceless

Best Price was directly paid for this move and I have a signed contract with themThey are responsible for the damages, losses, and the fraudulent overstatement of the weight

Everything was very quick! They moved my stuff super fast, and were extremely nice and careful about it. They asked the right questions and they were very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

This is not our direct customer and all of her complaints have been addressed and resolved by [redacted] Van Lines. We were hired just to perform the labor for the job. The customer has been delivered per contract terms.

I am rejecting this response because:Best Price Moving...

and Storage delayed the delivery of my items beyond my contract with [redacted] Van Lines by 9 days (total of 26 days in transit), in which they did not provide the $30 per day refund per my contract. Additionally, Best Price Moving and Storage attempted to employ fraudulent tactics (increasing weight in order to receive more money). I involved the FMCSA in order to receive support regarding the tactics that Best Price Moving and Storage employed. The FMCSA determined that the tactics were in fact illegal and stepped in to help. They are awaiting the final report from me regarding the broken items that were delivered as well as the delay in delivery refund that is owed. On numerous occasions Mary from Best Price Moving and Storage attempted to obtain nearly $2,000 more than what was agreed to in my contract. Best Price Moving and Storage also used their own weigh scale to determine the weight of my items, instead of using a CAT scale to have the weight certified. The weight tickets are noted to be exactly 45 min a part.
