This has been resolved.

SALE OF HOME DOCS RECEIVED MAY 13, 2015.  NO FURTHER BILLING IS REQUIRED AND TEH ACCOUNT CANCELLED.  WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING THE MAY PAYMENT.

When an account is closed, it means there is no further billing due. The customer was paid up until April 1st, 2015, and requires no further payments, so the account was closed.

To Whom It May Concern,The consumer has made several accusations against the company but has been unable to substantiate such claims. Again, the company sympathizes with the consumer's situation and has offered a more than fair resolution. Consumer's cannot expect the company to be held liable for our end of the contract, but not be liable for their end of the contract. The consumer than turns around and bad mouth's the company because we will not release them from the legally binding agreement, which is a completely unfair business relationship as the company has done everything in it's power to assist this consumer and continues to uphold our end of the agreement. We will again offer the customer a free re-training of the alarm system and free inspection of all equipment and parts to ensure proper communication with the monitoring station.  Gregory called Monday and Tue to find out if the repair has been done. Tech was supposed to come last Friday but...

called with car issues and eventually showed up Saturday morning. He worked on it for a few hours and we have not had any issues so far. Greg left messages to follow up and make sure it was working and that he issued a credit for 2 months. We have not responded to him as of yet due to our busy work schedules during the week. I am rejecting this response because: on may ,28 2015 I made 3 calls to safe home sec notifiying them our alarm hasn't been working and needed someone out immediately because we would be going out of state on June 15,2015 after 3 calls we never herd a word returned from [redacted] on July 1,2015 I got a call from alliance saying they were booked till July 16th and I told them if my house was robbed while we were gone nothing would a happens so iif I'm not getting the service I pay for I don't want it I feel they broke the contract not me because they failed to provide us with service for 20 days so they should release me from my contract without paying the remaing  amount of the contract

Safe Home Security did not install the camera equipment located at this account. The only system installed by Safe Home is security is the alarm system and it is working properly. complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is acceptable to me.  However, reasonable customer service would have avoided this complaint, specifically a letter/phone call acknowledging cancellation.  Also, considering they showed up only once in four service dates, and the technician that FINALLY did show up could not provide me personally with service...as long as they don't try to access my payment accounts, I'm happy to be done with this company.

Our devices save lives every day and I'm not sure how your mother was taken advantage of.  During a phone conversation 7/5 the client was informed the unit must be returned to us to cancel accounts and stop billing.  We recieved the unit back this past week and a refund is not due.  Our service manager has already spoken with [redacted] and while we sympothize with the request we recieve these requests daily and simply cannot operate a business without clients paying monthly while they are in possession of our equipment.  The account is cancelled and there will be no further billing but we do not see a justifiable refund due as our equipment was in the clients possession.

careful consideration my wife and I would like to discontinue all business with this firm. I cannot overlook how my wife was treated and in my opinion to continue doing buisness would be accepting that behavior without any consequence. I'm aware that the practices of this company is known by management and it has allowed that behavior to go unchecked. So therefore the consequence is I will no longer give this company any of my business.
