a contract or issue funds back to the card and apply them to a different credit card. Ms*** was advised any charges on her credit card will need to be retrieved from the other party if indeed the rental was for the other party. She also mentioned that Ms***’s credit card was only charged because another method of payment was not given at the time of dispatch. That is not what happenedThe location did have my number and they called and left a VM on my phone so clearly they had my numberThis was days AFTER I had changed my reservation onlineIn the message, I was told they did not have the truck I requested at that location and I could change my date or get a smaller truck at the same priceThe wonderful thing about the smart phone is everything is recorded and everything is listedI had to call back the next day and change my reservation to what they told me I had to haveSo what your manager at that location state is a complete fabrication of the truthRegardless if I changed the reservation or not, the fact is, I did not get the vehicle that I reserved and that your online site said was availableThat my reservation was changed a day before I picked it up for a small one at the same price by your location WHO CALLED MEALSO I called your call center and they were able to pull up my reservation by my numberAs your website states "if we dont have the vehicle you reserved at the time your reserved it and location, we will give you $50." False advertising is illegalIm a police officer, Im aware of the laws.

*** ***, Executive Assistant U-Haul International,wrote:*** ***, our Executive Assistant for our Gainesville Regional Office, followed up on the information Ms*** providedShe informed our office Ms*** was instructed to obtain a fuel receipt from the gas station so we can verify the amount of fuel put in the truck before it was returnedThe gas station agreed to provide herwith a receipt if Ms*** could give them the date and time she filled the truck at their station(Revdex.com Response). I visited ***, a locally owned and operated gas station, on Friday, January 16, in person to discuss my case with the managerThe owner of *** stated that neither him nor his representatives spoke to Ms*** ***n regarding my case, and told her that they would provide me with a receipt, if I could give them the date and time I filled the truckThus, Ms*** has falsified information to corroborate her case against meThe manager also said to me that it would have been feasible to provide me with a receipt, if I had paid with a credit or debit card. Even with an exact date and time, which would have been between the hours of 10:30-11:15P.M on Jan5, 2014, it’s difficult to verify my case because they cannot directly trace cash payment to a specific car or ensure that I am indeed the individual who made the specific cash payment. Furthermore, the manager also said, if U-Haul had billed me for the fuel on Jan6th and then I called *** on that day about the charge, it would’ve been easier to for them to track thepayment- days later makes it hardThey never received a call from Ms***n or any other employees of U-Haul. If Ms*** did call the *** gas station, then U-Haul should be able to provide phone records to substantiate their statement“Ms*** became angry and her friend removed her from our U-Haul Center“This is a deceitful statement that seeks to diminish my characterIndeed, I was upset because I was charged for unexplained charges. In addition, Ms*** demeanor wasnonchalant and dismissive I would like Ms*** *** to provide video evidence to substantiate that I had to be removed from her storeMy brother who accompanied me on the day I visited the store in person, stood at the entrance door while I vented. He never had to enter the store in order to remove or calm me downHe simply said let’s go and forget about it while standing at the entrance doorThe contract was closed out on the morning of January 6th and the fuel tank was noted as less than 1/4of a tankThe completed charges were also applied to the Visa credit card listed on the contract on January 6th.My bank statement displays two different charges with different dates and reference numberThe first charge on January 6th for $75.00. If the contract was closed out on the morning of January 6th, why didn’t U-Haul billed me for completed charges of $($for cost of truck plus mileage plus $cost of fuel)? Instead, I was billed on January 6, for $75.00. Two days later, on January 8, I was billed for another $46.00. Even if U-Haul had billed the completed charges separately on January 6, 2014, the bill of date should’ve been the same for the two distinct charges, even if the reference numbers are different.I am willing to upload a copy of my bank statement to validate my argument.On January 21, I contacted Campus USA credit Union at ###-###-#### and spoke to ***, a representative, regarding the chargesHe told me that he can only seewhat I’m seeing. Furthermore, he stated that he understands my argument concerning two different charges on two different dates and that the merchant, which is U-Haul, would have to provideproof that that the charges were processed on the same date, the bank cannot substantiate the transaction datesWhen I contacted Ms*** *** on January 16, to provide explanation for the charges on different dates, I was told that she will contact me at a later timeI’m still waiting to hear from *** ***.Thus, I am asking U-Haul to provide evidence that the charges were processed on the same date using the same credit card numberAnythingcould’ve happened within those two days’ time
