information Mr*** provided. He informed our office he issued a refund for the cost of the Tow-Dolly at double the amount as an adjustment on their rental. He explained there was no problem with the Tow-Dolly, however, Mr*** connected his vehicle incorrectly resulting in damage to his vehicle and his rental delays. Mr*** was given a User’s Guide giving proper loading instructions. Mr*** requested a refund for the U-Haul rental truck, however, because there were no mechanical issues with the truck, a refund is not warranted for the truck. Mr*** relayed his displeasure with the resolution. I do not accept their apology and their response is garbage I am sure *** did not even type that response out and it was general response sent out to reply to all of the other complaintsI just wanted to bring it to Revdex.com's attentionI wasn't expecting U-Haul to do the right thing anywayIt is a very shady company and I will never use them again and I am not hesitating dragging the company through the mud going forward

What Mr C*** says is true,what he does not mention that for the monts June,July and August I was of the opinion that I could not access unit because a key for new lock was not received by me,GM at uhaul stated in an EMAIL that key was sent to me day after it was changed,GM said they would put on new luck again and mail it,this is during June and July,I called in August reached customer service a couple times they said they would contact the facility and have the lady call,she didn't,nor did she respond to email.more calls,hang ups,being told I had reached wrong office,after a week got a different # from Google that generated call from Mr C*** and a statement from a women in headquarters that lock was NOT changed and the key that I thought I threw away would still work.I think I should be refunded the rental fee for the months I thought I had no access,and for all the lying emails and all the wasted phone calls.Thank You *** ***

Hi,Uhaul of Shoreline did in fact called me on 8/24/15, but there was no voicemail leftI can show my phone log to prove that. I am yet to get an explanation of what happened and an excuse of some kind.I did see a refund posted on my account for the amount that was disputed.The $$ amount we're talking about is not large, therefore it's a matter of a prinicipal and I would like to get a manager explained to me what has happenedThe way we were treated at Kirkland Uhaul location was absolutely not acceptable and very, very rude.I am available via email and while I may not respond to phone calls right away during work hours, I always call back

The response is very vague and does not clarify any of my doubts about the charges:1) They sent someone to go pick up the trailer once I had already agreed to go pick it up myself, I only failed to do so when they told me not to go because they had already sent someoneThey did not tell me how much they would charge me for that, nor did I authorize it.2) They said they would send me the recordings of the conversations, which they never did. 3) They said the president (john) would call me to deal with me personally and try to reach an agreement, he never did, instead they charged my card with an excessive towing fee and seven days extra rental with no warning. 4) I still don't know why I was charged the rental for additional days, even when they said it would be only until the day the incident happenedEven if they had charged the time they took picking up the trailer, that trip never takes more than days, not seven

I just spoke to someone from the Revdex.com and they state they will contact Ms O*** on an offer that was mentioned September 19th which was the last call I received from U-haulI brought up a point that in the contract nothing is noted about a refund if the equipment is returned earlyAfter I mentioned my point the gentlemen men offered a $credit to use as U haul credits I took it as a vibe to just shut up and take itI did declined offer but now I am sick of this back and forth and getting nowhere causeing more stress I will take the $creditStill loseing the amount I am really still owed but will take the $Once this is done I will have the Revdex.com close this file
