Blink poor billing practices
Cancelled my membership in late June and still receiving late notices resulting from the account not being cancelled as stated at the face to face visit in June. A call to the help desk assured me it was simply Blink's billing error and all charges had been received and paid. Received a second notice, with an increase in the amount owed. Called help desk again and the verified that the account had not been closed by the central billing department, even though I personally cancelled on June 29th, and was now being billed for August. Can not recommend this organization to anyone as they simply are not straight business people. Looks like this will turn into a legal matter and the courts.

When I first moved to New York City in June I bought a year membership to this gym The facility is ok but many of the people that work at the Nassau location are thick I have explained the situation to at least four different people When they slid my card something happened with there computer after I signed, the rep said it didn't go through...well it did So, I was charger a full years membership twice a big $ So a grand total of $ I've been to multiple locations and blink insists that despite my bank statement telling me twice that they only reicieved one payment IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ME LIFE, TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION!

Hello, Blue memberships allow members access to all locations except for ***, [redacted] ***, [redacted] , [redacted] street, and any future club opening in Manhattan that we chooseBlue members who joined prior to January ***, were allowed access to the listed Manhattan clubs for a set period of time as a courtesy but that has since endedAs external costs such as those to lease and operate the locations continues to rise along with an increased volume of members using the popular facilities, access levels were adjusted accordingly The $Green membership at Grand Central you referenced is available for Pre-sale members onlyThese members are not billed monthly and are not able to use any location until the Grand Central location officially opensThe $rate is retained by the member for year only, when they are subject to an increase to the standard $rate We are happy to upgrade you to the Green access level if you so choose, allowing you access to all Blink facilities including [redacted] ***, or downgrade you to Gray, allowing you access to one location onlyThe cost of a Green membership is $25/month and Gray at the [redacted] location would be $25/month as wellPlease inform the front desk of any facility if you would like to make a change to your membership class In good health, Blink Member Services

The facility was nice, so when I went to cancel I was very disappointed in their scam-like scheme to overchargeNot only did they continue to charge me despite requesting go cancel by email, they now informed me (by email) the only way to cancel is by "certified letter"Really unfortunate to communicate directly with their support team, only to be told they couldn't help meDo not do business here
