As a company you should take fault for your employees training, telling me the same thing that I'm complaining about is not a resolution to the issue. I unsubscribe to your e-mails since I was getting an abundance and I was never informed by telephone especially since YOUR OWN MANAGER SAID 'we do not call clients because we have too many' so once again that information is false. Like I previously said the only time I was notified was when a letter was sent by your lawyers so there is no way I could of responded in time being that I was never informed. Your policy and actions are completely contradicting. I am still not getting the proper customer service I deserve for your employees mistake. Worst place. They never stop billing. The workers are rude and lazy. They wont cancel the membership. Creapers watch you shower. Gay sex in the bathroom. Staff harrassess people comming in. Its an ok place for homless to shower. They make you feel horrible. And the billing wont ever stop.

BLINK FITNESS is a rip off. They have a sneaky recurring charge and to cancel they charge you. Not only that make sure after cancelation you check your bank account because apparently sometime they don't get the memo and keep charging you. Oh and if you cancel for instance whatever PT sessions you have accrued are lost because you closed your membership. I lost $720 to this gym and I never used the gym once! The amount was in a 2 months period of activation. They have scam going on. MAKE SURE YOU READ AND RE-READ YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. I definitely recommend going to NYSPC or planet fitness or even your local gym save your money don't get ripped off ! BTW their customer service reps need retraining absolutely no reason to tell a customer they are the only one in the company they can speak to when they have a rude attitude. I just lost 720 dollars and you want to be rude to me for asking for a supervisor shame on you! I am already filing a claim with everyone I can over this matter I don't know about you but I dont give 700 for free to anyone this is unacceptable either provide an extension to use the product or give a refund. Your Company is a bunch or Thieves!

The member was advised of the membership change via the email address she provided at the sign up time

This situation has been resolved with the member *** ***.*** *** was refunded his monthly dues and maintenance fees

We understand that you are frustratedHowever when providing days notice it is assumed you will have to pay for itThe time is not freeThe cancellation policy is detailed on the website in the FAQ section as well as on your signed membership agreementThe $buy out is listed in those sections as wellEvery member is emailed a copy of their agreement upon joining.

Thank you for your inquiryWe looked into this matter and it appears that we have no record of a cancellation request on file for this memberNeither a signed cancellation form or a certified letter was receivedIf the member is able to provide us a copy of either
request we would be happy to adjust the account accordingly.
With regards to the collection agency, we did send out both email and phone communications to the member over a month period of timeIn total over communications were sent alerting the member of the balance in question as it accruedFinally, the account was cancelled due to final notice collections after the 90th day past due.
We look forward to hearing from you so we may close this matter.

Thank you for reaching out to usWe have investigated the concern and see that the membership in question is still activeIt currently has a
balance of $which is for the 2/**/billing cycle and the $annual fee as we were unable to collect payment using the credit card on fileAlso, we have no record of a cancellation document on file, no prorate was collected on the account, and no note is documented in the account indicating that the member inquired about cancellation.
Cancellations are processed by either visiting the club, filling out a cancellation form at the front desk, or by submitting a certified letter to:

We process cancellations this way because it provides a receipt of cancellation for the member in the event that there’s a discrepancyWe require a 45-day notice with a pro-rate to be collected from the date the cancellation form is signed or from the date the mail is postmarkedSince there is no record of cancellation and the member is unable to provide a receipt of cancellation, the account remains active

Firstly, I am referred to as maleThat mistake is to be notedAnd, yes, as Blink states there was a "glitch" on their partOne of more to comeThis glitch was noted by myself when I asked staff why my account had not been debitedStaff said oh, you are not meant to be activeThis again was news to meMy membership was immediately closed by desk staff with no problemYet, a manager could not close my account in this billing issue with BlinkI remember asking staff if my membership had started and everything went throughAlso, upon signup I asked what my monthly fee wasI was not told it could go upAnd, no notice of this increase was given to meAnd per the email response to my Revdex.com complaint I received from Blink the monthly membership was reset back to $The $was said to have been waivedBut, my account keeps being debited by Blink for this amountI can forward this email to whomever is appropriate Blink's invoices do not clearly lay out credits and debitsAnd, I was given various reasons for the different monthly chargesI do not accept their behavior, lack of transparency and numerous inaccuraciesSincerely,
