They charged my credit card for months membership without me signing up for this serviceThey used the $charge for a minor service to gain access to our credit card to start charging for a service which we did not affirmatively requestObviously, there is a major deception in the way the company initiates and continues these charges monthly, since hundreds of their customers have an almost identical complaint of deception and fraudWe demand a month refund, and Revdex.com should act on the voluminous number of nearly identical complaints, which has not caused the company to change its business practices Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2014/06/26) */ Thank you again for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] ***We greatly value our customers at LiveCareerAs such, in addition to the four (4) monthly charges of $refunded to [redacted] as of June 3, 2014, we refunded [redacted] the remaining five (5) monthly charges on June 24, Our customer service team has refunded [redacted] nine (9) monthly charges totaling $as of June 24, We trust this resolves this any outstanding concerns you may have

This confirmation is the one and only correspondence I received from themThe key word is FREEI already had a new job and by formality had to provide a one time free resume not a $a year scam preying on people not paying attentionI now have taken the time to save the original email and gather the actual moneys we feel were stolen from usIn this response section I do not see a way to attach the original confirmation email but will gladly send it in its entirety to the Revdex.com upon requestI think the $credit Live Career gave me is a startBut I am not going to be finished with this until I receive the rest of the money taken on my FREE accountThe total taken was payments of $totaling $Subtracting the $I was recently credited after getting the Revdex.com involved I am still owed $I expect to receive the $in credits and at that time I will call it goodIt taught me to keep a better eye on things as people are out there looking to be dishonest with you Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/08/26) */ Thank you again for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted] O' [redacted] As previously mentioned, our monthly charges are not refundableHowever, we value our customers here at LiveCareer and want to do all that we can to resolve any issues they may haveAs such, our customer service team has provided [redacted] with refunds in the amount of $As of August 3, 2015, Dana has received a refund of charges, for a total refund amount of $We are not able to provide additional refunds We trust this resolves this issue
